  • Bovenste verdieping (7e) einde eenheid dichtst bij het strand, zo dichtbij dat je de golven kunt horen en de zee zoute bries voelen!

    Holiday Surf 701 heeft tegelvloeren in de keuken en badkamers met tapijt in de woonkamer en slaapkamers. De eenheid slaapt 6 met een kingsize bed in de master, twee aparte bedden in de logeerkamer en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. De familie kamer en slaapkamer zijn aan zee met balkon. Zelfs de kamer heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op het strand!
    Met een 42-inch flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en een flatscreen-tv in beide slaapkamers, allemaal met dvd-spelers en gratis WiFi.

    Holiday Surf 701 is mooi bijgewerkt met een frisse keuken met zowel een K-cup als een druppel koffiezetapparaat voor uw plezier, evenals nieuw hoofdslaapmeubilair inclusief een nieuwe Sealy-matras. De kamer heeft ook nieuwe luxe schuimmatrassen voor ultiem comfort.

    Je hebt een spectaculair uitzicht op het glinsterende water van de Golf van Mexico, samen met de prachtige Emerald Coast-stranden die zich kilometers lang uitstrekken van 701!

Great place to stay

This property was really good. It is gated, all amenities are awesome, building is clean, condo was clean and had an amazing view front and back. Customer service desk, everyone was friendly and all of our questions were answered. We will stay there again for sure.

Perfect Spot!

We had to book this location last minute and it was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great, the view is amazing and we enjoyed all of the services of the building. I fixed dinner almost every night and was surprised at well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking a lot easier. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Reviewer Comments: My most major complaint would be that i had issues with my AC unit 3 different instances. one in particular that i had to move units with kids at midnight because my room was 85 degrees. About a 2 hour process all said and done. Another instance was at 8am because the power went out and the AC unit didn't reset. lastly, upon arrival the AC unit didn't work so we had to move into a room while they sorted the power out. Room was outdated but got the job done. Would probably not stay here again.
