  • Prachtig wit zandstrand direct achter je achterdeur !! Zwembad, tennisbanen en shuffle board bevinden zich op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw eigen, afgesloten privépatio. Geen liften en gangen meer met deze 1e verdieping juweeltje !!

    Holiday Surf 114 is volledig gerenoveerd en is geschikt voor 6 personen met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer en 2 slaapbanken in de woonkamer. Met alle nieuwe inrichting voelt u zich meteen thuis in het paradijs.

    Een complete keukenremodeling met een eetgedeelte in de bar en een grote, op maat gemaakte eettafel voor 6 personen maakt het eten aangenaam! De woonkamer beschikt over een grote 65-inch HDTV & DVD-speler, perfect voor een filmavond om van te genieten op een leren bank met een opgewaardeerde tweepersoons slaapbank en love seat. Een bar vlak naast de keuken is het perfecte mengstation voor een koud drankje om van te genieten op uw terras of bij het zwembad !!

    De King-suite beschikt over een opgewaardeerde matras voor uw slaapcomfort en de hele accommodatie heeft koele betegelde vloeren. Een nieuw betegelde bad / douche-combinatie met aangepaste ijdelheid in de badkamer completeert dit prachtig bijgewerkte, luxe appartement.

    Geniet dagelijks van de gratis stoelen en parasol om te genieten van de prachtige zon van Destin. Gemakkelijke toegang tot restaurants, bars, winkels en recreatie met Destin op uw voordeur!

Perfect vacation getaway

The property was clean upon arrival and decorated very cute! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The air mattress was perfect as it came in handy for my kiddos. Would have loved a small washer and dryer to was things as needed, but we made do. I also loved that this property was on the bottom level and you could walk right out to the pool/beach. Very nice property, would stay here again.

Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and clean which included a patio. The heated swimming pool was cleaned every morning and evening and there were enough patio furniture to gather. There was a very nice boardwalk to the beach. The Raquet club out up beach chairs and umbrellas every day and took down in the early evening.

We do have one suggestion. We always stay on the 1st floor. So many times when we went somewhere, we would return & have to park out in the lot. Our suggestion is that you assign 1 parking place to each 1st floor room. Anyone who stays on the upper floor’s probably come thru the lobby to the elevator. Thanks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! Very quiet, convenient location, and so much to do! Our family of two adults and three teens barely left the property (except to walk along the beach) during our 4 night/5 day stay. However, we were disappointed with the condo for several reasons. The condo was advertised as having a king bed and two sofa beds, and being able to accommodate up to 6. We were very disappointed to find out there was one sofa bed (not two!) and one king bed. There was an air mattress stashed in a closet, but it did not work (the cap to hold the air in the mattress was completely missing ... nowhere in the box). My teenage daughter slept on the hard floor the first night. :( The second day, the Holiday Surf & Racquet Guest Relations got us a nice new air mattress to use, which made our stay more comfortable, but we feel gypped as we did not get what we paid for and what was advertised. Guest Relations told us it was the "owner's fault" and they said they would change the listing to show that only 4 could be accommodated. The other disappointment in the condo was that the living room TV did NOT work. Guest Relations sent someone to fix it, but it still only worked for some features. My husband is an engineer and my two teenage sons can fix just about anything tech-related, but this was beyond them as well. Our stay was during the 2024 Paris Olympics and we were VERY disapointed to not be able to watch the Olympics together as a family. I am a French teacher and not being able to watch the Paris Olympics on TV with my family was a huge deal for me. Everything else was great and we would enjoy a stay at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club again. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We do feel we are owed at least a partial refund for the issues we had, especially regarding the misleading information on the bedding and number of guests that could be accommodated.

Our stay was nice and location was great. The listing said it slept 6 but only for 4 maybe 5. The parking lot was under construction and we had to park down the street. Also, they sprayed for bugs all over the grass where we had to walk out to enter the pool and beach. Couldn't walk on it for 24hrs and smelled bad. Property management was good in helping come up with a solution but it shouldn't have been done during busy time and all the kids running around.
