Prachtig, volledig gerenoveerd strandhuis met 4 slaapkamers, met 3 queensize slaapkamers en een ruime zolder met stapelbedden en een slaapbank voor de kinderen! Welkom bij Villa Patron, uw uitnodigende strandvakantie. Je zult op slechts een steenworp afstand van suikerwit zand van het strand in de besloten, omheinde gemeenschap van Destiny East zijn, maar je zult het heerlijk vinden om in dit uitgestrekte huis te genieten met een keuken van de kok met alle nieuwe apparaten, een uitgebreide woonkamer en eetkamer, balkons uit elke slaapkamer, en prachtig uitzicht op de zonsopgang en zonsondergang. Er is een grote, privé achtertuin met grill voor 's avonds thuis, zitplaatsen voor 8 in de eetkamer, uitnodigende slaapkamers, uitgebreide kabel voor tv thuis, en razendsnelle wifi voor al uw apparaten. Home heeft alle leven op het hoogste niveau, 3 slaapkamers op de tweede verdieping, en een zolder op de derde verdieping met stapelbedden en een slaapbank. Er zijn voldoende zwembadspeelgoed, strandspeelgoed en een golfkar klaar voor gebruik. Dit huis is onlangs gekocht en volledig gerenoveerd met alle nieuwe apparaten en alle nieuwe meubels. De besloten, gesloten gemeenschap van Destiny East beschikt over 2 zwembaden, een clubhuis met IMAX-theater, tennis, een volledig uitgeruste fitnessruimte en nog veel meer! Boek uw ultieme vakantie op slechts een steenworp afstand van het prachtige, witte zand van de Golf, fantastisch dineren en ongelooflijk winkelen. Home bevat ook een gloednieuwe 2019 Icon golfkar voor uw gebruik! Het strand ligt op precies 0. 4 mijl van het huis, wandelen of rijden. Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid op het strand. De toegang tot het strand is via het openbare strand. Destiny East heeft geen privétoegang. De golfkar is straatlegaal, zodat u uw vrienden en familie (en uitrusting!) Kunt meenemen naar het strand in stijl. Beide gemeenschappelijke zwembaden liggen dicht bij het huis, met het grote zwembad (met clubhuis, tennisbanen, een fitnessruimte, een speeltuin, enz.), Ongeveer een 4-5 huis lopen langs de stoep van de buurt.

Beautiful Home But...

Gorgeous home nestled in a very high-end MM community with great amenities. Lovely private yard with lush flora, heated pool and hot tub. You pay a significant upcharge compared to other rentals for this property and then you find out the pool and hot tub cost extra to heat and there are restrictions on the hot tub use. Inside the house was nice however the kitchen needs some refurbishment. The ceiling is yellowed from cooking, windows and sashes need a good cleaning, water/ice dispenser on fridge is gross, oven and range need to be detailed, mold on the washing machine gasket. When I go on vacation I expect to roll my suitcases in and worry only about my food. My family of 5 stayed for a week and we were supplied one roll of paper towels, 6 rolls of TP and one box of tissues. We had to purchase enough supplies to carry us through the week including things like Windex and vinegar to clean countertops and sinks. I was expecting better for the price!

Simply the best!

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Patron! We traveled with a group of seven people, ranging from 7 to 74 and there was something for everyone!!! We loved the pool, enjoyed making a few family meals or having down time in the comfy house, and were a very short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants! Great Home in a Great Location

Great home in a perfect location to access the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, yet has great community amenities, especially the pool and tennis courts. The backyard is spectacular. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The house was also very clean and comfortable, and the property owners were very friendly and accessible. We’ll definitely come again.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Patron!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patron! The properly is conveniently located in a lovely gated community that is less than 2 minutes away from the beach. The property was beautiful, clean and was filled with plenty of towels (bath and beach), pool/beach supplies and kitchenware. The property management team was super responsive and fielded any questions quickly. Finally, the property pool stole the show for our family - the kids loved the pool so much - and we even enjoyed a few evening swims with the party lights! We would definitely stay at Villa Patron again!

Perfect Family Getaway: Villa Patron Delivers Once Again!

Our second stay at Villa Patron was just as wonderful as the first—a perfect retreat for our family! The home layout was ideal for both family time and relaxation, with plenty of space for everyone. Our first trip to Destin and we were very happy. Proximity to public beach access is within 10-15 minute walk. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Pool was awesome to have when it was too hot to stay at the beach. Plenty of items like beach chairs and toys provided for us to use. Community pool and tennis courts were also vet nice. Great communication from owners and property manager. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay at Villa Patron

Villa Patron is everything as advertised and more! My boyfriend and I along with a couple of our friends just spent a wonderful 9 days there and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The private pool and spa were wonderful to come home to after days spent at the golf course. Michelle is a wonderful host and incredibly easy to get ahold of. The house and pool are very nice and clean and the neighborhood is in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Patron in Destin!

Great house for spring break!

We had a great stay at this house! It was spotlessly clean, the pool was nice and clean, and the management was easy to contact. The only downside was that it was a little bit of a walk to the beach. But overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this house to others. One thing to note is that the loft pullout couch and bunk beds are not very comfortable for adults or teens. The mattresses are thin and made of foam board and they don't provide much support. Our 16 year old daughter was very uncomfortable sleeping on either one, so we ended up purchasing an air mattress for her to sleep on. Other than that, we had no complaints. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, and we felt safe walking around. The tennis courts and community pool are nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Makes for a Magical Time in Destin

Villa Patron was the most perfect getaway for our family! From the welcoming gated neighborhood, to the roomy, beautiful house with the MOST AMAZING pool and hot tub, and the PERFECT location just a short walk to the beach, and minutes away from many fabulous restaurants and shops, we couldn’t have picked a better home to stay in. Brad and Michelle, along with the property manager Shannon, were so helpful from our first questions, to prompt responses during our stay, and through our departure. The house was decorated and so well kept. We had access to everything we could need—including a great amount of beach items and towels—and a fully stocked kitchen and grill, which we utilized! The house layout was perfect for kids to have some time away for video games, for the adults to have some low-key relaxation time, and a large dining room space, perfect for many hours of cards, dominos, and board games…of course that’s just in between all of the pool time! We also loved to take short walks to the beach to enjoy the sand, ocean, or amazing sunsets. This truly was a retreat for our family and we were blown away by this rental. We look forward to coming back again and for more magical time in Destin! Thank you so much, Brad and Michelle!

Villa Patron - Magic!

Viva Villa Patron! Our family of 5 (all adults), from Chicago, stayed at Villa Patron from 3/4/23-3/11/23. The reservation process with VRBO and the owners was spot-on. Owners were very prompt to answer any questions I had. This was our first VRBO rental and the process was very smooth. Upon arrival at Villa Patron, the outside and inside of the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and all things needed to cook. Everything we could think of was there. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing!!! This was one of the main reasons we picked Villa Patron. Our family spent most nights enjoying the hot tub and due to the time of year in Florida, in our opinion, the heater was needed. There was a little glitch with the heater for the last two days of our stay, through no fault of the owner or the property manager, Shannon, (who, by the way, was absolutely spot-on with recommendations for dinners, and to our every text and need! She's a gem!), so our 5+ stars still stands. Due to the glitch, the owner made it right by offering money back. It did not, in any way, affect our trip at all, other than us just being disappointed we couldn't have heat in the hot tub/pool the last two days. Without it, we couldn't really use the hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed the earlier part of the week. The back yard is beautiful. Landscaping is well-kept, and in looking around at other back yards in close proximity, Villa Patron was the best in our opinion. The beach is within walking distance, around 10 minutes, and is one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been on. Our family elected not to rent a golf cart and it was not a problem for us. The exercise did us good! We used the beach cart that was provided, as well as the towels, along with the umbrella each time we went to the beach. The bedrooms were large with comfy beds, the bathrooms spotless, and there was lots of room for us to enjoy. There was no problem at all with air conditioning in the house. What a blessing to have been able to find a place like this. There were clear instructions in the house about check-in information, as well as check-out information. Great house with a great location

It's a great house located in a great part of Destin. The house was extremely nice and clean. There are quite a few rules within the private Home Owners Association as far as trash pickup, not parking on the street overnight, etc but to be expected for a very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again for sure. I do suggest a golf cart rental to access the beach as it was a little bit more of a walk than we wanted to do with children. Communication from the property owners and managers was excellent. The owners are highly invested in their property.

Gorgeous home with the perfect location!!

The house was beautiful and the perfect location!! Having beach towels provided was a blessing. Wish there would have been some basic essentials: toilet paper, trash bags, detergent. Pictures showed a golf cart that was not available and was hoping to use the hot tub without being charged a weekly fee. We know for next time though :)
