Ruim gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamer / 2 badkamers appartement op de 7e verdieping. Direct aan het strand gelegen in Breakers East gated community. Geniet van de prachtige witte zandstranden van de smaragdgroene kust. Ontspan op uw privé 30ft balkon met een spectaculair uitzicht op het strand.

Breakers East ligt in het hart van de straat van 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Loop naar fast food Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House en Subway. 'The Track' ligt op slechts een paar blokken van de skelters, minigolf, arcade, bumperboten, bungeejumpen. Voor regenachtige dagen is Rave movie theatre of Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill (bowling) gevestigd in het winkelcentrum Destin Commons. Very spacious unit. The kitchen is great and if you enjoy cooking meals around a family with awesome ocean views, this is the place for you. The only thing that could use improvement is having hotter water in the shower. Other than that, great place!

Here is the good stuff.. beach service.. beach... location. The beds are comfy,living room and kitchen are nice. Bad stuff... no dresser in 2nd bedroom.. no closet doors.. and boxes of planking in the closet. All the doors had stains and it was kinda gross. Not sure why planking surrounded showers... not enough hot water surrounded the showers

The elevator was broken and the bath tub would not drain.

One elevator was broken and the bath tub wouldn’t drain. Those are my only complaints.

Destin Trip

Overall the property was good. The place was clean and stocked ok. It did have a musky smell that we believe was coming from the carpet in bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating. The shower head is too large and numerous times water was spraying everywhere unless you turn it directly towards the wall. Definitely could use some fresh paint in bathrooms, doors and cabinets. But overall it was good. Our largest complaint was the elevators at the property. One did not work and the one that did was extremely slow. Had to take the stairs several times. This isnt the owners fault and hopefully not a normal thing.
