The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a TV, and plenty of storage. The bunk room has a set of bunk beds, a closet, a 2nd full bath, and a stackable washer and dryer. The spacious living room offers a queen pull-out sofa and a large 65" TV. The eat-in kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig and regular coffee makers, a toaster oven, an ice maker, and everything needed to prepare and serve food for your family. Enjoy the inviting open floor plan featuring elegant wood planking flooring. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the condo provides a serene escape with a spacious balcony that overlooks the city, a tennis court, and offers distant views of the Gulf of Mexico. Along with your parking pass you'll receive wrist bands for everyone in your group unlocking access to all resort amenities such as pools, fitness center, resort shuttle, recreational spaces, valet and bell service, the lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, secured parking garage, and the beach shuttle (seasonal). A few days before your check-in, the resort fee will be requested, paving the way for a seamless arrival. The host will provide you check in instructions and the front desk will provide a welcome package, complete with parking passes for covered parking and keys/codes to the building, garage, and amenities. Each unit enjoys access for one car to the parking garage, while our shuttle service, running approximately mid-March to Labor Day (and maybe a bit longer), promises to drop you off at charming locations, including the beach just across the street. This all-condo hotel and conference center next to Henderson Beach State Park is a mile from Indian Bayou Golf Club. There's a free shuttle to Calhoun Beach. The hotel also offers several meeting rooms, including a ballroom, plus a spa and salon (fee), a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a lagoon pool with waterfalls and bridges. There's also a casual restaurant and bar. Destin is a city in northwest Florida, in the area known as the Panhandle. It's known for its Gulf of Mexico beaches and many golf courses, as well as the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Nature trails pass through the dunes of Henderson Beach State Park in the south, where the coastline is dotted with pine and oak trees sheltering wildlife. To the west are the tall slides, waterfalls and pools of Big Kahuna’s water park. Navigating Destin is most convenient with a car, although public transportation options include EC Rider bus routes 30, 32, and 33, operating along U.S. 98, known as the Emerald Coast Parkway. Additionally, Uber and taxis are available. For a leisurely ride, consider golf cart or bike rentals, adding to the diverse transportation choices in Destin. Wrist bands and code access to amenities will be given at check in. No pets allowed. Bookings can only be made by 25 and older guests. This will be verified at check in. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times to access the amenities. Upon check-in, you'll receive wristbands that grant access to our exclusive amenities. We regret to inform you that pets and parties are not permitted on the premises. To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, bookings are restricted to guests aged 21 and older, and age verification will be conducted during check-in.
