This 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom home sleeps 27 guests comfortably and is located just steps from the neighborhood beach access. Guests will love the ample outdoor entertaining space from the home's private pool and multiple sprawling balconies. It has also been completely remodeled with new appliances and furnishings. Step inside, and you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you will need and a large living area with a 55" flat-screen TV and large double living room with plenty of seating. There's a custom dining table that can be pulled apart for additional bench seating. The gourmet kitchen is roomy and well equipped with new appliances, including a five-burner gas stove so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. From the living room, you can access the fenced-in backyard that features that beautiful private pool, plenty of lounge seating, and a grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with king beds and their own bathrooms. The second room has a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway.
The second floor has 5 more guest rooms, including another primary suite. The primary on this floor has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. One has a private bathroom, while the other is shared with the hallway. Both rooms share a balcony. There are also 2 bunk rooms on this floor. The first bunk room has a twin-over-twin-over-twin bed and shares the hallway bathroom. The second bunk room is the largest room which has 2 full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also features a media area with a flat-screen TV and bean bag seats, along with a private bathroom.
On the top floor, guests can find another primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and a 40" flat-screen TV. The final bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with a shared hallway bathroom. For added convenience, there are 2 cool fold away cribs as well. Please note, if you plan on using the cribs, please bring your own crib sheets.

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.
Beach Service: Chairs may be rented through Twilight Beach Service at (850) 685-2493
Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses.
Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* This property can park 5-6 vehicles pending size, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families. Collage and student groups are NOT allowed.
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only
* Beach Access: The beach access for this property is located at either Barracuda or Pompano Street access, a super short walk or ride on the golf cart!
* Weddings/Events: Not Permitted at this Property

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

A quick walk from the sugar white sandy shore, the luxurious “Don't Worry Beach Happy” vacation rental home is situated in a dynamic beach community of Crystal Beach. You are close to the large outdoor shopping mall The Destin Commons. You are a short walk to a few quaint eateries and never far from the action!
Getting Around:
With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!
