This spacious, fully-remodeled, beachfront condo offers Gulf views from the open living space, patio, and master bedroom! Escape the crowds and enjoy peace and tranquility when you stay at the gated, low-density Emerald Dunes community, home to only 27 exclusive condos that share a spacious private beach. Nestled in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach, this small-scale complex offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience with easy access to all the dining and attractions Destin has the offer.

Emerald Dunes is located in the charming community of Crystal Beach known for its cottage style homes, no high-rise condos, and sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Destin and Miramar Beach has to offer!

Many restaurants within walking distance including:

✹ Camille's at Crystal Beach (right across the street!), Soleil, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller's Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon's and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all within 1 mile away
✹ Destin Commons is ~1 mile away and is a large outdoor shopping, dining, and attractions complex. Some of the dining favorites include:
✹ The City Food Hall which has multi-sport gaming and golf simulators, Party Fowl, El Jalisco, Another Broken Egg Café, Yoga Sushi, Redbrick Pizza, and World of Beer.
✹ There are tons of shopping options, over 70 stores, including Bass Pro Shops, Belk, Crocs, Forever 21, and more!
✹ Last, there is an AMC Movie Theater, Uncle Bucks Bowling, and a splash pad + fun playground/climbing space for kids, and tons of social media-worthy mural walls!

✔ In addition to our provided beach gear, guests may purchase beach service chair rentals from March 1 - October 31.
✔ Gated parking area dedicated to Emerald Dunes
✔ The pool is heated seasonally during the months of October, March, much of April, and during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's holiday. The pool is not heated outside of these dates. The hot tub is always heated!
✔ Fully stocked coffee bar with drip coffee maker, coffee pod machine with start pack of pods
✔ Traveling with little ones? We got your covered with a provided pack-n-play.
✔ Plan your dreamy, beachfront wedding at Henderson Beach State Park (right down the road!) - the park offers a wonderful event space with a covered pavilion (with seating for up to 150 people), event planning services, and more!

☆☆ Other info and rules ☆☆
✹ No smoking
✹ No parties or loud music - occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Only two parking spaces per booking - there is public parking at Destin Commons, a large, well-lit shopping center ~1 mile away.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Please note: in the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
