LOVING This Property

We really enjoyed the property. It's a little dated but it was clean and we loved the quietness and family feel of the property. We took long daily walks and ate at restaurants that were all within 2 miles of the property, all were excellent. We also loved having the chairs and umbrellas furnished as that made our life easier. We'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach property!

We had a short but wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful. It was peaceful and offered everything we were promised and all we could ask for. We enjoyed the property location and condo location immensely. Only one flight of stairs and so close to the beach. We plan to go back soon.

I loved the property. It was close to the beach which was nice. Umbrella and chairs were provided. Not a crowded area. Everything we needed was close by with little to no traffic. Glad we chose this place and we will be back.

Nice little place, needs a good cleaning

The check in process was very simple. The room itself needs a little help, bathroom was gross and shower wasn’t cleaned. there were gnats everywhere. Location was good if you like quite and laid back.

Everything we expected and more

We had a great time at this property. It wasn't a great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Included beach chair and umbrella rentals. Had all the required amenities and more. I was impressed by the little things. Like the bathroom had a night light. Highly recommend

Holiday Surf Unit 220 Gulf Front

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The property is very well kept, very clean, and the pool is exceptionally nice. Moving the area to rinse off closer to the beach was a great idea. Having to go down each morning to get our beach chairs (if we want the front row) is still the biggest complaint we have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at HSRC several times and this room is the most conveniently located condo we’ve stayed in. It was clean and as advertised. And of course HSRC is in a great location. As always the staff was excellent. We had an issue with a temperature sensor on the stove and maintenance came to the room and fixed it immediately.

Summer Vacation

Check-in time was 4pm; arrived at 3:00pm and waited outside the door of the condo until 5pm to get in. Dirty dishes from the last tenant left in the dishwasher. Thought free beach chair was a good thing, but it's not. I never got to be on the first row of chairs to see the water. You had to wait in line at 7am every morning for your chair, and the line was already long every day when I got there. The private beach was packed every day with people and all their beach items. Was not a peaceful, relaxing vaction. Too many rules.
