Een luxe kingsize bed met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan van de Smaragdkust en een zwembad vanaf uw eigen balkon; wat heb je nog meer nodig voor een perfecte vakantie in Florida?
Holiday Surf 316 is een eenheid met één slaapkamer, één bad voor maximaal 6 personen, met alles wat u nodig heeft om te ontspannen en te genieten van Beach Living op zijn best.

Sla in alle comfort op het nieuwe King Size Tempurpedic Pillow Top-bed, een luxe deluxe slaapbank en een grote slaapbank. Deze onlangs gerenoveerde eenheid met een bijgewerkte keuken met roestvrijstalen apparatuur en nieuwe marmeren vloeren, plus 2 flatscreen-tv's met dvd-spelers, maken dit de perfecte vakantieplek.

Onze droom was om een strandflat te bezitten, dus toen God ons zegende om deze eenheid te kunnen kopen, wilden we het delen met anderen.

Holiday Surf biedt elke dag van uw verblijf een gratis strandservice (twee stoelen en een parasol) en we geven u toegang tot gratis kaartjes voor 'Xplorie'-activiteiten, namelijk de dolfijnencruise, diepzeevissen en het nabijgelegen Big Kahunas-waterpark!

Vergeet niet alle geweldige voorzieningen die Holiday Surf te bieden heeft - een geweldig verwarmd buitenzwembad, fitnessruimte, sauna's, gratis dvd-verhuur, plus tennisbanen en shuffleboard met gratis verhuur van materiaal. hebben we al gezegd - we zijn direct gelegen op onze eigen prive, White Sand Gulf Beach?

The Condo was as just as pictured. The only minor complaint was the master bedroom mattress was a pretty worn and had dips on either side, but not bad enough to be a significant concern. The condo was very clean and right on the beach. The balcony had a beautiful view and comfortable chairs to enjoy morning reading while the sun came up or at sunset. The kitchen was very nice and had basic necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach service was a plus but was a little confusing the first day. The unit came with 2 small beach chairs which came in very handy when we strolled to the beach. Overall, for our first beach condo rental we could not have asked for a better stay for the price. We were very satisfied with the facility and the condo itself. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect

My granddaughter and I stayed 4 nights in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Our view of the beach was lovely and we were directly over the pool. We enjoyed the many choices on the TV at night, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a functioning ice maker in the fridge. The shower was spacious, the whole place was very clean, and the king bed was comfortable, although a tiny bit soft for my liking. We were just near the fitness center on the same floor, and fairly close to the elevator. I like the fact that the property is gated, and it was easy to find a parking spot each day when returning from outings. I wouldn't recommend very small or lively children in this unit due to glass table and mirrored wall. My granddaughter is 12 and quiet, so it was perfect for us and felt very spacious. I could tell that the owners of this condo put love into the decor, it was really a pretty unit. I would rent here again, if I ever come back.

Honeymoon

We had a great time. Quiet and relaxing stay. The beach service was great, it made our beach time so easy. The property was very nice and clean. We grilled out one night and enjoyed sitting in the grill area it's a nice piece to the property. Our room was beautiful couldn't ask for a better experience. We arrived on April 24th so I can imagine our experience may differ from summer. With that said it is still a beautiful place to spend your vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and seeing dolphins swim right in front of the condo was awesome!! It is a quiet part of Destin, which was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Great location away from the hussel and bussel of Destin. Beach front and pool cleaned daily. Easy and convenient beach access. Elevator and stairs convenient to units. Staff alway helpful and available. Wonderful stay in 2022 and booked for 2023.

Outdated property, Listing is misleading

This property was not worth the time or money. The unit we had is outdated (furniture & overall living quarters). It gives “hotel” vibes & rules and you pretty much provide your own amenities. The staff could have cared less if we were enjoying our stay, you could tell they are there just to collect a paycheck. Have yet to speak with the property manager (I guess she is still on vacation from when I initially called 2months ago). The elevator only allowed 3 people on at a time (because it is old & outdated). The ONLY enjoyable thing of our entire stay was the memory foam pillow top mattress.

Get Away

My husband and I were in desperate need of a little getaway time. We normally go to Perdido or Orange Beach but really wanted to check out the Destin area. I found this location on VRBO and it checked all the boxes. We loved everything about it.
