With a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and an open floor plan, this beach house provides ample space and comfort for everyone. The inviting arched gated entryway and private courtyard provide a welcoming entrance to the property perfect for cozy sitting and conversations. Plus, with pets welcome, you can bring your furry friends along for the trip.

The open floor plan allows for a great view of the living area's flat-screen TV along with the fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and lovely waterfall countertops. Family Matters has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms.

Max occupancy is 9 total guests, including infants. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

Floorplan

The sleeping arrangements ensure privacy for each guest. Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom.
Bedroom 1 Primary: includes a king bed, a futon, and a walk-in closet with a crib for guests traveling with little ones. The primary bedroom also has a private ensuite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: has a king bed and an attached private full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: includes 2 twin bunk beds and a queen bed. This bedroom also has an attached private bathroom for great convenience and privacy.

Outside: Stepping through the sliding glass doors leads you to an outdoor oasis, where the private pool is a standout feature of this beach house, offering a secluded space for guests to cool off and unwind. The upscale gated community provides a secure and peaceful environment for guests to enjoy their vacation.
The outdoor area includes a poolside half bathroom, 2 outdoor showers, a generously sized gas grill cooking area, dining seating, lounge seating & a spacious patio with plenty of room to entertain and enjoy all day long.

Parking for 4 max - Golf cart counts as a vehicle parking spot (No parking on grass at any time)

Destiny East is a gated beachside community with plush tropical landscaping
featuring impeccable amenities for your pleasure. It presents an impressive
CLUBHOUSE featuring a spacious community pool, Jacuzzi, Cabana area
equipped with gas grills, illuminated tennis courts, basketball court, a 25-seat
movie theater, a fitness center, paved walking paths, and a state-of-the-art
playground. The main pool is heated on some given Holidays and you can also
enjoy the secondary Pool lakeside.

Convenience is key, with a 2-car garage and additional parking in the driveway for guests with multiple vehicles. You will love the use of 4 adult bicycles and an optional 6-seater golf cart. Nearby public beach access at The CrabTrap provides dedicated golf cart parking or walk through the easy access walking tunnel under Scenic 98 straight to the beautiful sandy white beach.

Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the check-in date may result in a cancellation processing fee.
