Each room has its own curated design and the primary suite shines with its giant luxury bathroom and access to the beachfront balcony.

The amenities of 140 add to its stressless vibe. The kitchen (which boasts beautifully unique granite countertops by the way) has everything you need to meet your culinary needs. Plus, a full washer/dryer, numbered parking, deeded beach access, a fitness center, tennis courts and gated entry make this Destin vacation rental easy breezy. Moreover, the location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, beach stores, coffee shops and even Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and Arcade!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera doorbell.
