  • Islander Condo # 313 is een West View, platina-eenheid voor maximaal 6 personen. Stap in ons tropische paradijs, gunstig gelegen voor snelle en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand of uw keuze uit twee zwembaden.

    De keuken is bijgewerkt met esdoornkasten, kwarts-aanrechtbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten en is volledig uitgerust met alle hulpmiddelen om aan uw kookbehoeften te voldoen. Verzamel rond de eettafel met plaats voor 6 of ontspan in de gezellige woonkamer om de 42-inch SMART-tv met Streaming Blue Ray-speler en digitale kabeltoegang te bekijken. Er is een tweepersoons slaapbank beschikbaar voor gasten.

    De hoofdslaapkamer beschikt over een nieuw kingsize bed, plantation shutters en een 32-inch tv en Blue Ray-speler. De bijgewerkte badkamer biedt een nieuwe ijdelheid dubbele ijdelheid met kwarts werkbladen en een inloopdouche. De logeerkamer is bijgewerkt met een nieuw queensize bed en een 18-inch tv met een dvd-speler. Een pack'n play bevindt zich ook in de kast van de kamer, voor onze kleinste gasten. De gast badkamer heeft een nieuwe ijdelheid en marmeren bad / douche combo.

    Ga naar het privébalkon en bekijk de boten die de haven binnenkomen en verlaten via de oostpas of een van de adembenemende zonsondergangen die een avond kan bieden.

But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

Lovely Unit

The unit was very nice. It looked just like it did in the online pictures. The only glitch we had was at checkout. My sister in law misplaced her key but found it and turned it in a bit later than the other 3 of us. The office charged us 30.00 at first, then after a couple of calls said that they would refund it. They did but then charged us 60.00. After another phone call they refunded that too. They were apologetic. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
