Sitting on the nineteenth floor, West Penthouse 1903 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West Penthouse 1903’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. West Penthouse 1903 boasts a private hot tub on its patio. Guests wishing to have the hot tub filled and heated during their stay may request this amenity either during or after booking. A heating fee of $250 applies, with an additional charge of $50 per day for reservations exceeding five nights.

West Penthouse 1903 offers ample space throughout three inviting open-concept living areas. The main living area greets you when you enter the penthouse. The second living area is by the kitchen on the first floor, the third living area is on the second floor, and both are complete with TVs and plenty of seating. The additional spaces create the perfect play area or media room for the whole family! In the main living area, you’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the first-floor furnished beachfront balcony, which also has a rooftop terrace. The windows are enhanced by the raised ceilings in the main living area, which maximize the beach view. The breakfast table has seating for four, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, commercial-grade, stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Centrally located in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. There's a half bath on the first floor nearby the living areas for convenience.

SECOND FLOOR
The second-floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and private access to the second-floor balcony. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a full over a full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

FIRST FLOOR
The third guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first two set-ups (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) for guests of this condo are available for a discounted rate $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
