Strand, zand, zon en plezier! 4 slaapkamers - Penthouse op de bovenste verdieping

Moderne Serenity, een echt uniek zwembad met 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers, direct aan het strand. Je hebt 2700 vierkante meter, inclusief een open plattegrond met voldoende ruimte voor familie en vrienden, strandaccenten, overal flatscreen-tv's, volledige wasmachine / droger, hoge plafonds, een geweldige volledig uitgeruste keuken waar familie en vrienden kunnen koken samen ... of niet. Er zijn drie afzonderlijke grote balkons die een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de golf bieden, waardoor dit uw perfecte vakantie-bezigheid is. Het is een gemakkelijke wandeling langs het zwembad; bubbelbad en je bent op het strand!

Moderne Serenity slaapt 13 met vier comfortabel ingerichte slaapkamers. Drie van de vier slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden en bieden elk een adembenemend uitzicht. De koning master suite is strand met een eigen balkon, een prive-master bad, 50 "flat-panel Smart TV, comfortabele zitplaatsen voor twee om te ontsnappen en een geweldig bureau mocht u er een nodig hebben. De tweede koning slaapkamer heeft een eigen balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op de baai en de stad en een 48-inch Smart Smart TV-scherm. De derde koning slaapkamer biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de golf, een 46 "flat-panel tv en een aparte werkruimte / ijdelheid.

Ten slotte is de vierde slaapkamer van de kinderen volledig uitgedost en klaar voor de lol met stapelbedden voor maximaal 7 personen, een 40-inch Smart TV, X-Box 360 met diverse populaire spellen en een apart bad. Ontwaak elke dag aan de energieke geluiden van de golfgolven, gooi de luiken open en laat je verleiden door het zonovergoten uitzicht op het water buiten elk raam.

Het moderne Serenity ligt in het hart van Destin, op een eersteklas strand, op steenworp afstand van een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, winkels, uitgaansgelegenheden en uitgaansgelegenheden. Er is zoveel te doen - of helemaal niets - de keuze is aan u.

Destin is door de lezers van USA Today uitgeroepen tot 'Beste strand in Amerika' en is al meer dan 10 jaar op rij door de lezers Southern Living Magazine uitgeroepen tot 'Best Family Destination'. Destin Towers is een gated toegang lage dichtheid condo complex, is eigenaar van de golf-front strand en werd ook genoemd als een 'Top Pick' Destin Condominium plaats door Southern Living Magazine. Met slechts 45 eenheden (minder dan de helft beschikbaar als verhuur) bouwen van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn rustig en nog belangrijker, de Destin Towers privé-strand is veel minder druk dan grotere mega hotel-resorts, waardoor een betere toegang tot premium strand plekjes. Avoid the crowded beaches

Loved the 1 floor layout of this penthouse. The Master was huge! The other bedrooms had plenty of space as well. A quiet unit, didn’t hear anything! Updated nicely to be an older unit. Loved the close proximity to the beach and how it was never crowded. Also loved the views and all the windows.

Perfect Penthouse

Clean, bright and beautiful inside and out. A few wonky things, like a broken towel bar and jiggly toilet paper holders but these are very nit-picky things didn’t change anything but that we only noticed.

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. The unit has a general "well used" feel about it and needs some TLC both in maintenance issues and upgrades to furniture / fixtures. Propery Manager was very responsive to most of the requests; some, like the mattress with a huge hole in it had to be referred to the owner. Check out was a bit rude, cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes early, walking in without knocking; then maintenance was at door changing the lock key code right at 10 a.m. without even checking to see if we were still in the room. Location on the beach is excellent; needs some shade at the pool; pool service at beach is excellent even if a bit expensive. One parking spot for a 4 bedroom unit sleeping 12 is seemingly a bit weak but we made it work. Elevators are prompt but not well cleaned.

Great stay!

We had 11 people staying in this location, 8 adults and 3 children. The layout was set up perfectly for us to all have our own space, bathrooms, etc. The balconies were very spacious and you simply cannot beat that view! It was fairly clean aside from sandy floors, which I realize is a never ending battle. I would have liked to have seen at least some basic spices stocked. No salt & pepper even?! The dryer went out during our stay but the maintenance man was there promptly to evaluate and had it fixed in a timely manner. Great communication from him. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we are already looking at dates to come back!

Joyful vacation experience

This condo is huge and unbelievably clean! Loved "keying in" on the numbered push pad! No keys to keep track of. My husband and I played "Marco, Polo" in order to find each other as we got there first and the place is big enough to get "lost" in. Our daughters and their families, which included 3 grandchildren had room to spare. The covered parking space was wonderful and there was ample parking for other family members who arrived separately. Luggage carts were available to help unload the baggage and groceries. Maintenance came quickly on a Sunday when one of bathroom sinks needed attention. We rarely rode up in the 2 elevators with other guests. We liked the fact that the building is small for a beach condo. The living room balcony was separate from the Master Bedroom balcony. Both huge balconies had very nice outdoor furniture. Pool chairs were available when we needed them. We were able to rent a couple beach chairs with an umbrella for the week. There was a beachfront restaurant about a mile north of the condo that welcomes patrons in bathing suits. Perfect place for a Bloody Mary later in the morning when the "old folks" took a leisurely beach walk! Food there was fantastic. Our favorite family activity was renting a pontoon boat, with a "lily" pad and visiting crab island, which isn't an island at all! If you go there, we found more sea life (large hermit crabs) by the sand dune to the west of crab island. Loved this family vacation!

Perfect beach vacay

Destin’s crystal clear emerald water is amazing especially being viewed from the 16th floor penthouse, Modern Serenity in Destin Towers. Couldn’t have gotten much better than this rental. Updated decor, clean & spacious unit with VERY comfortable beds, lots of seating, highly functional, large, well stocked kitchen, impressive master bedroom & bath that just cannot be compared to others, and, oh, did I already mention the amazing views of the gulf from the fabulous balconies?!!! Older, somewhat smallish building with a gated under cover parking spot. Nice clean, heated pool & hot tub area, friendly beach rental guys, kayak rentals & a Tiki Hut bar & grill just a short walk down the beach. We had one small glitch where we set off the alarm after a thunderstorm & maintenance was right on it minutes after we called. All in all, a truly wonderful vacation to remember.

While the weather in Destin didn’t fully cooperate, we had a great stay at Modern Serenity. The place was very nice sized, great for 2 families. The beach was private. Beach Chair rental is a bit pricey

Great location close to everything, very nice accommodations. Looks just like pictures show. Child-proof locks on doors. Very comfortable beds in all rooms!! Fantastic stretch of clean sand and ocean!

Amazing Gulf Views

The property around and the building itself was not so well kept. When we arrived on Saturday a glass door exiting to the pool/beach walkway had been cracked and broken in several pieces. A hand written note attached for caution. Very dangerous especially with small children who push on the glass to help open the door. Giving grace I assumed it was the weekend and by Monday it would have been repaired. It was not throughout the week or our entire stay. The Penthouse was lovely and served our family well. The bathrooms were not the cleanest upon arrival. One appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The views of the Gulf from the balconies were spectacular from sunrise to star gazing at night. The balcony furniture was also fantastic and we enjoyed the rocking chairs as a bonus! Distance to the beach was great especially with small children. We had decent weather and a wonderful week making memories!

Staying in Destin? Try Modern Serenity

If you are looking to stay on the beach for a family or multi family vacation; try Modern Serenity. Direct access to the beach with plenty of beautiful white sand; with its own pool as well. Multiple balconies provide gorgeous views from morning to evening. Close to a large variety of attractions and great restaurants; very walkable or an easy drive. This unit has plenty of space for multiple families as well as a perfect kid's room with great bunks. There is enough living space to spread out to watch TV or play games or sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The kitchen is large; with modern appliances and plenty of work space. There is plenty of seating facing into the kitchen; providing a great conversation space while cooking. There is also a full laundry room right off the kitchen for any laundry needs. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy Destin and its beautiful beaches.

Great place and location for a family gathering! Highly recommended!

Modern Serenity @ Destin Towers was a fabulous penthouse condo! All listing details were accurate and as expected. The unit easily held all 6 adults and 4 kids. Loved the private balcony off the master bedroom for some "get away quiet time". Only item we wish was better was the swimming pool and, availability of food/drinks on premise. Pool is a bit small for the number of units and to get anything to eat/drink required playing frogger to cross the road to the gas station across the street. Destin overall is much cleaner and nicer than PCB but, the traffic and restaurant situation was super challenging as we were there just before July 4. I'm sure it's less of a problem at other times. Consider booking direct to save on the VRBO booking fees!
