Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24-hour security and 470 feet of private gulf front sugary beaches along the Emerald Coast. Shoreline Towers includes a seasonally heated pool, two tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, a sauna, and fitness center. Next to the Clubhouse there is a picnic area overlooking the lake with grills that are both gas and charcoal.

Shoreline Towers is a two bedroom/two bath condo just footsteps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters in Destin, Florida. With a high-end, oversized king size bed in the master, 2 queen BEDS in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this beautiful condo sleeps 6 comfortably!

With beautiful ocean views and the Emerald green Gulf just steps away. this ocean view condo has a newly remodeled kitchen and completely new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig for the coffee lovers. The kitchen is well supplied to enjoy your favorite meals.
The family room has A large flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. You have OCEAN VIEWS anywhere in the condo
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large flat screen TV. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and a shower/tub combo.

We are centrally located within walking distance of several shops, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. The Destin Harbor Walk and Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park are super close by. The property has 3 separate condo towers, Unit has completely new patio recently refinished, new patio furniture, new floors and newly refinished painting. Beach access is very easy to reach.

We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool.
