Built in 2023 and located just steps away from the Destin’s famous beach, Nautilus offers super-close access to the Gulf of Mexico, private (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pool, over 5,000 square feet of living comfort and 8 spacious, designer-curated, beach-nouveau bedrooms...all with private bathrooms.

Ready to hit the waves? Enjoy the short stroll to any of the six neighborhood beaches (that are far less crowded than our large public beaches). Or load up your cooler and beach toys in Nautilus’s complementary 2023 six seater golf cart to visit any of the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities that are accessible from Nautilus’s prime location along the Destin’s famous Scenic Gulf Drive.

Nautilus offers 6 king suites with private baths (including two on the first floor that are ideal for mobility challenged Guests); plus two bunkrooms with private baths. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 22, not including sofas.

Take the outdoor spiral staircase to Nautilus’s amazing 4th floor ocean view deck...perfect for suntanning or savoring an ocean sunset.

Need some adult conversation or separate living spaces for multiple families? Nautilus offers first, second and third floor living spaces (each with its own 65”, high definition, smart TV) to give you plenty of options for elbow room.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Nautilus includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories.

And when you are ready to return home, cool off in our pool or lounge on its splash deck. Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in the free-to-use propane grill.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Nautilus. Our community beaches are only a 2 minute walk down the sidewalk; and literally seconds away using Nautilus’s included golf cart.

Nautilus is also less than 3 minute golf cart ride to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beach accesses that you see in brochures); less than a mile from Destin Commons (our premiere shopping, entertainment and dining complex); only minutes away from our area's best oceanfront dining, grocery stores and more.

Pool Size: Nautilus has a pool that is 15 feet wide, 24 feet long, and a depth of 3 feet in the shallow end and 5 feet deep end.

Important Information:

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve Nautilus more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Nautilus during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund

NOTE: The property has one exterior security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). The camera is not capable of viewing the pool, pool area, or the property's interior. There are no other cameras on the property.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
