This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, Gulf-front condo can comfortably entertain up to six guests.

Upon stepping into this this cozy vacation rental, you and your guests will feel immediately at home and relaxed. The open floorplan encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. In the living room, a couch and loveseat surround a coffee table and face a TV for entertainment. The cozy couch also doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a breezy balcony, which overlooks the lagoon-shaped pool and the Gulf beaches. Tables and chairs on the deck make it the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the coastal air and casual conversation. Back inside, a dining table for six sits beside the living room, while the nearby kitchen bar has additional seating. The kitchen includes all the appliances necessary to cook up a delicious meal or beachy appetizers.

The master suite features a king-size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the poolside balcony. The guest room features a queen-size bed, sunny window, and access to a full hall bath that also serves as a powder room.

Comfortable living and sleeping arrangements are not the only perks this stunning condo has to offer. Pelican Beach Resort boasts multiple swimming pools, including a curvy pool facing the beach, a raised pool overlooking a lagoon, and an indoor/outdoor pool. Other amenities include two hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, an onsite store, outdoor gas grills, an arcade, a Tiki Hut Bar, and a nearby casual café.

Another benefit of staying at this beautiful resort is its convenient and central location. It is situated near numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. It is also only a short distance from Harborwalk Village, which offers a variety of fun coastal activities, from specialty shops, seasonal festivals, pirate ship adventures, and more.

*Maintenance is underway from December through early spring on the upper parking ramp and tennis/pickleball courts. The upper garage, courts, EV chargers, and parts of the covered garage may be closed during this time.

*This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated from mid-October through Spring Break.
