CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast. The Scenic Stays team is available 24/7 at the front desk and looks forward to welcoming you! SunDestin amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), outdoor hot tub), steam room, sauna, newly renovated onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), and much more.

Upon entering SunDestin 1608, you'll see the bedroom and a hall bunk. At the end of the hall you'll find a completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. A breakfast bar has seating for four and a small table has seating for two to enjoy coffee in the mornings. An open dining and living room offer sweeping views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. The living area has decor bringing the outside in and is a great place to gather to enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Step out on the balcony and find ample seating to take in the best views of the sunset.

Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway or the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. This one-bedroom condo has a full bath and a half bath to accommodate everyone.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
