SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splashpad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Beach Resort is located directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the property; take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool or outdoor hot tub, get in a quick workout in the fitness center, or grab souvenirs for everyone back home at The Sea Store in the lobby. Seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee) and a splash pad for kids. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the front desk for anything you may need.

SunDestin 1806 is a bright and open one bedroom, one and a half bath condo with breathtaking views of the emerald waters of the gulf. When you walk into the condo, you’ll pass the bedroom and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen is located at the end of the hall with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Upgraded countertops and a hightop bar makes serving everyone a breeze. Enjoy the flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room. Make sure to grab a DVD rental in the lobby, they’re included in your stay. Outside, the balcony has seating for four and is the best spot to enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area and a king-sized bed in the master, there’s enough room for up to four guests in this one-bedroom condo.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Location is one of the many perks of staying at SunDestin Beach Resort- it’s right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. Check out Big Kahuna's Water Park or The Track Destin, they’re both less than a mile from the property. The Destin harbor is just four miles west, here you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining.
