The Beach Bungalow - In the Heart of Destin, FL!

Perfect 1 Bedroom condo for that long weekend retreat or the entire week! Centrally located in the HEART of Destin, FL. Minutes from the White Sand Beaches of the Panhandle! Some of Destin's best restaurants are within walking distance, as well as some great shopping. Desk space available to work right from your condo at the beach! In town for a sporting event? There are 3 swimming pools to cool off after the games! Come stay at our condo and enjoy the Best Beaches in Florida!
The space:
Main bedroom contains a King Size Bed with luxury linens. There is a sofa in the living room that will sleep 1 adult. It does not pull out. There is a pack-n-play available for a little one as well as a small high chair.

Other things to note

There is a doorbell security camera on the front door that records audio/video.

There are 3 pools on the property as well as tennis courts and a small pond with a walk-over bridge. Chick-Fil-A is within WALKING distance! :)

The unit does have a washer/dryer located in a closet space on the patio.

Closest Public Beach Access is June White Decker Park 0.9 Miles from the Condo. Free Public parking at the park as well as showers, and a boardwalk down to the beach.

Main bedroom contains a King Size Bed with luxury linens. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room and linens are provided. There is a pack-n-play available for a little one as well as a small high chair.

The laundry room is located on the patio. The key for the door is hanging on a hood on the side of the kitchen refrigerator.

There is a 55 inch TV in the living room with a ROKU box and several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. There is a REAL CHOICE live TV app available as well, this app is only available on the Living room TV, the bedroom TVs only have streaming services loaded for your own accounts and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Management is not responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest does not log out upon check out.

Parking is close to the unit and free for 2 vehicles. There is a 2 part-parking pass in the unit that needs to be displayed in the vehicle and the other part goes in a drop box at the office. Office is located about 200 yards from the patio of the unit. If you need parking for more than 2 vehicles it will be $25 per vehicle for the stay. Please let me know if you need more than 2 passes.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

***We do not have a minimum age restriction for our unit (other than 18), however I reserve the right to meet our younger guests upon check in and check on the unit throughout their stay, given proper notice.***

1) Quiet hours are after 10pm to 10am, please be respectful of your neighbors.

2) Please DO NOT hang any clothing or towels on the balcony railing. You can hang them on the back of the balcony chairs.

3) Grilling IS NOT allowed in the patio or balcony. Grilling is only permitted in the grassy areas outside of the building.

4) Please ensure that you have completed the Vehicle Parking Form and your Parking Pass is displayed at all times in your dashboard.

6) Pools hours are from 9am until dusk.

7) Please DO NOT place any items outside the door entrance. All trash needs to be emptied into the nearby dumpsters in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace office building.

8) Underage drinking or other illegal activities such as drugs or unlicensed firearms is strictly forbidden. NO PARTIES!!

9) No bicycles are allowed on the sidewalks or bridge. Skateboards are prohibited on Association property.

10) No Trash is allowed outside the Unit Front Door or Patio/Balcony, Dumpsters are located in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace Office Building

Tennis Court rules:
1. No Food or glass containers allowed on court
2. No Bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or blades.
3. No DOGS
4. Proper footwear required
5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
6. Court is for residents and their guest only.
7. Do not abuse net or other equipment
8. Surface is slippery when wet or dry
9. Players are limited to 1 hour when other players are waiting for a court.

Additional Rules:

There will be a $350 fee charged for extreme messes, bodily fluids, food, smoking etc.

No use of hair dye or clothing dye is permitted inside the condo. There will be a $1000 minimum fee for any damage due to hair dye or clothing dye/bleach.
