Unit 108 - Walk Out Charming East View Gold Unit

  • Islander Condo # 108 is een Gold-unit met uitzicht op het oosten voor maximaal 6 personen. Vermijd de liften met deze begane grond. Stap in ons tropische paradijs, handig gelegen voor een snelle en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand of naar keuze uit twee zwembaden.

    De bijgewerkte keuken is volledig uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparaten voor al uw kookbehoeften. Verzamel rond de eettafel met plaats voor 6 personen met een bank in gezinsstijl en een plafondventilator. Ontspan in de woonkamer voor een elektrische open haard om de 40-inch Smart-tv met digitale kabeltoegang en een Blue Ray-speler te bekijken. Er is een tweepersoons slaapbank beschikbaar voor de gasten.

    De grote slaapkamer beschikt over een kingsize bed en een 28-inch tv. De badkamer is onlangs bijgewerkt met nieuwe kasten. De logeerkamer heeft een queensize bed en een 28-inch tv met een dvd-speler. De gastenbadkamer is bijgewerkt met nieuwe kasten.

    Er is overal tegel met tapijt in de slaapkamers. Het zwembad en het strand van Destin bevinden zich op een gunstige locatie buiten uw 1e verdieping via een patio op steenworp afstand van Destin's Beach.

We loved our stay at the Islander. It was clean, convenient, great location, and had great amenities, especially for those with kiddos! Would definitely recommend and will plan on staying here again on our next trip to Destin!

This time we stayed in unit 108. While this unit supplied our needs for our stay. The couch and loveseat in this unit are filthy. They are need of much replacement. We were even sure about sitting on them. Other than that we had a great time during our stay and of course we love Alan at the beach! Always good to see him every visit. The east pool was great too. Plenty of towels, pillows, and the room was clean, beds were comfy and there was little to no noise when we wanted to sleep. The pool was kept at a perfect temp, and my kids enjoyed it! Couches probably need to be replaced they were kinda gross, but the overall appearance of the room was clean. Also in the guest bedroom there was something wrong with the outlets and the wires were crossed and it drained my daughters battery on her phone instead of charging it. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the lamps on. Minimal issue though. The room was great!We would definitely stay here again.

Small family vacation

First impressions, upon entering our unit we noticed that the whole place was not clean from the last visitors. It was evident that the cleaning lady left in the beginning stages of cleaning, we promptly reported this to the front desk who told us she already left for the day. The front desk woman was kind enough to come provide us with a bed change, fresh towels, and some free condo perch to help. She also refunded our cleaning fee for the stay and set up to have housekeeping come by the next day. I lucky read prior reviews and took cleaning supplies and trash bags for our stay. The overall experience was ok. The unit is dated and could use a really good cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the location to the beach and the town.

Great location

Great location. You’re right by everything. It was extremely nice with four small children being able to step out of the back patio and you were just steps away from the pool. The walk to the beach is not bad either. The condo was very nice the only thing I suggest is the cleaning people do a little bit better cleaning the floors. Our feet were black five minutes of being there. Also, the smaller bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. Overall though, would stay again! Mainly for the convenience.

Easy great stay

We really enjoyed our time here. It is so great to be on the ground level. You cannot tell from the pictures, but the pool is RIGHT outside the sliding glass door. The kitchen is a little dated but is fully stocked and functional (except having a few spices like salt and pepper). Thanks for letting us stay!
