Unit 201 - Betaalbare eindeenheid uit de Golf van Mexico

Islander Condo # 201 is een Silver View-unit met uitzicht op het oosten voor maximaal 6 personen. Vermijd de liften met gemakkelijke toegang tot de begane grond en parkeerplaats via de trap in de buurt van de flat. Stap in ons tropische paradijs, handig gelegen voor een snelle en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand of naar keuze uit twee zwembaden.

De keuken is onlangs gerenoveerd met nieuwe kasten en granieten werkbladen en is volledig uitgerust met alle gereedschappen om aan uw kookbehoeften te voldoen. Verzamel rond de eettafel met plaats voor 6 personen of ontspan in de woonkamer om de 40-inch Smart-tv met Blue Ray te bekijken Toegang tot speler en digitale kabel. Er is een tweepersoons slaapbank beschikbaar voor de gasten.

De grote slaapkamer beschikt over een nieuwe suite met een kingsize bed en een 32-inch tv met een Blue Ray-speler. De badkamer heeft een bad / douchecombinatie. De logeerkamer heeft 2 nieuwe eenpersoonsbedden, en een 26-inch tv met Roku-tv en een X-Box met games. De gastenbadkamer is bijgewerkt met een nieuw marmeren werkblad en glazen douchedeuren.

Ga naar het privébalkon en bekijk de boten die de haven binnenkomen en verlaten via de oostpas of een van de adembenemende zonsondergangen die een avond kan bieden.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This listing needs updated photos as the furnishings and appliances have been upgraded from what is seen in the photos. That being said, I've been coming to the Islander for 32 years. This unit has been my favorite one. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are included which we happily used. I loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning because of the ocean view. The unit is next to the stairs so it was very convenient for beach and pool access. We loved our stay in this unit and look forward to returning!

The property was very well kept. The condo was nice and clean. It does need some upgrades. The sofa and recliner need to be replaced, they are not comfortable to sit on, we had to sit on a cushion when sitting on the sofa so we didn't sink into the sofa making it very hard to get up. The hinges in the bathrooms are rusted. I am not being picky but for the price we paid, I would suggest that it's time for the owner to consider updating those few items.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of some overall maintenance. The furniture seemed in pretty bad shape. The showers have a black mold in the tracks and some tiles. There were candy wrappers and chewed gum, assuming left from previous renters in the twin room. Some of the linens on the bed seemed a bit dirty as well. The unit smelled odd, when we got in it was an overwhelming smell of cleaner but after that it almost smelled like a mold smell especially when the kitchen cabinets were opened. The location is great being at the end unit and we had a nice view. Easy and quick access to the beach, having two chairs provided is also great.

The condo is a little dated on appliances, but the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Highway 98 is a little hectic. Easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy & shopping outlets. Restaurants were also close by. Whomever cleaned the condo before our arrival cleaned in a hurry. There were candy wrappers left under the beds, razors left in showers, but was nothing we couldn't take care of because I always re-clean due to my husband's illness. This was our first time to Destin & we will be back and I highly recommend the Islander property! They also have accomadations for someone planning a wedding and room for a reception all in one place.

Great Vacation!

Everything about the location of this property was perfect! The condo definitely needs an upgrade. The furniture and rugs were stained. Everything was pretty dirty overall. The basics could have been better stocked as far as dish soap, bathroom soap, oil and tin foil for cooking, and small things like that. We had a great stay regardless and would definitely return!

Great Location, missing a few things

We picked it because of the game system, due to the weather being bad. The xbox did not have chargers and was missing one cable. The twin bedroom did not have a tv remote and the master was missing a cable to play movies. We reported these to the front and they let us borrow a hdmi cable for the master. If the unit is going to continue to advertise the gaming system, then they need to provide all the pieces for playing and to make the tv and game system work. The location of this unit is ideal bc it is on the end and you can easily walk down to the ocean and pool. It does not have ceiling fans but they did provide small floor fans for the bedrooms which was nice to have.

I think the couch and matching chair were designed for tall people as it was slightly uncomfortable for myself and my mom as we are both shorter. Also, I could never get the TV in the master bedroom to work, even with the written instructions and unplugging as a last resort, per instructions. Otherwise, stay was great.
