  • Dit condo-appartement aan het strand is gelegen op het exclusieve Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. Condo # 411 is volledig gerenoveerd en professioneel gerenoveerd in een ontspannende aquarel kust eigentijds thema. Eenheid combineert binnenlandse renovaties en elegante meubels met amusementsmiddelen en unieke fotografie uit de Destin-omgeving. Ons strand ligt op een steenworp afstand met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit uw eigen balkon.

    Gezin en vrienden zullen ontspannen in dit gulfzicht appartement dat geschikt is voor maximaal 6 personen. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed 48 'TV, een eigen meester bad met een aangepaste inloopdouche, 2 aparte bedden in de logeerkamer 24' TV, en een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer 48 'TV. Er is tegel tegemoet met vloerbedekking in de slaapkamers. De woonkamer beschikt over nieuwe banken, stoel, verlichting en plafondventilator. Beide slaapkamers hebben plafondventilatoren en nieuwe matrassen / doosveren.

    Condo's bijgewerkte elektronische voorzieningen omvatten meer dan 8 USB-poorten, 3 flatscreen-tv's - een 48 "HD-Smart TV met WiFi in de MB, HD-kabeldoos met LR-tv en 3 Blue Ray DVD's LR, MB en GB. GB DVD beschikt over Wi-Fi en streaming.

    Lounge en dineer op het eigen balkon. Geniet van het uitzicht op het strand en boten die overdag de oostelijke pas naar Destin Harbor binnenvaren en verlaten, en 's nachts de zonsondergang en het eiland Okaloosa.

Having laundry in the unit was very nice on top of the linen service for towels throughout the week. The pool and beach access were wonderful as well. We tended to set up shop at the pool and walk over to the beach when the kids were wanting the ocean. The location was perfect as well - minutes away from just about everything we could need but still tucked away so it felt somewhat private.

Master bed was very comfortable as well as all the other furniture. It was nice to have had 2 pools and hot tubs. The condo comes with lots of extras such as pool and beach toys and a huge bonus is the brand new washer and dryer. There is only one thing that I would recommend, a full length mirror, like on the back of a bedroom or bathroom door. Other than that it was absolutely perfect! Easy check-in, attentive staff, beautiful condo, easy beach access, beach chairs/umbrella, fun activities for the kids. I could go on and on. And all the extras like beach toys, a beach wagon, a garment steamer, pack-n-play,an air mattress, a fan, and we were surprised to actually see fishing rods on this last trip! If I HAD to complain about something it would be that our unit doesn't have a washer and dryer. That's not a deal breaker for us though since it has a laundry room available. We love the Islander and always hate having to leave.

It smelled like mothballs, the carpet was so worn out it was sticky and gross and the whole place was in massive need of refurbishment. The Islander staff, however, was great in finding us a fabulous new unit which absolutely made our vacation. I loved unit 411-it had a great view, and was clean and updated, with laundry! The additional price was well worth it! I appreciate the Islander staff working with us to get another unit. Unit 502 really shouldn't be rented again until a complete overhaul is done.
