Langdurige gasten moeten vertrekken tegen 1 maart om de lente breakers mogelijk te maken .. Dit condo-appartement aan het strand is gelegen in Destin, Florida langs de Emerald Coast. Condo # 604 biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 personen met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer 42 'TV, twee aparte bedden in de logeerkamer 20' TV en een slaapbank in de woonkamer 55 'TV. Dit toestel heeft drie nieuwe HDTV's allemaal met Blue Ray DVD-spelers. Unit 604 is gerenoveerd door een professionele interieurontwerper. Het toestel heeft nieuwe verf, nieuwe tegels, nieuwe verlichting, nieuw meubilair en nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed in beide slaapkamers. De master badkamer is volledig vernieuwd met een prachtige ijdelheid en een lopend douche Spring 2015. Alle eenheden zijn rookvrij. Het strand ligt op een steenworp afstand en Unit 604 heeft een direct uitzicht op de Golf vanaf het eigen balkon. Deze accommodatie is inclusief een gratis strandopstelling bestaande uit twee loungestoelen en een parasol.

Lovely location

The pictures are accurate. You have a great view of the ocean and the walk to the beach takes mere minutes. The location is wonderful and the condo is fantastic. I recommend staying here!

Relaxing reset

It was a nice condo. It wasnt the one inreserved. The property management apparently switched us to another condo per the owners request. That was fine but no one bothered to communicate that with us until I boticed the condo number change and had to reach out to make sure everything was okay. Eventually the property management answered me and explained. I have uet to hear anything back from the owners. Then when we got there we discovered that the batteries in our door lock had died and we xouldnt lock our condo if we left. Luckily the front desk lady was helpful and she called maintenance and my handy husband was able to follow his directions over the phone to get it fixed. After that it was smooth sailing though. The condo was and clean and we had a nice relaxing vscation. We really enjoyed the 2 complimentary beach chairs and Allen the chair attendant was great. You should give him a raise! All in all we had a great time and would come back again. Thanks Islander!!

Minutes from Target, Big Kahunas, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site if necessary. We will definitely book here again next time we’re visiting Destin!

Wonderful location, activities each day for kids (but even my teens enjoyed it). Saw dolphins multiple days! Wonderful chair guy Alan made sure we were taken care of on the beach everyday.

The grounds are very pretty and there is lots to do their grill area was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful especially Maggie! We would definitely go back again!! Minus the cramped beach area they had. That is my only complaint.
