We give this beach house five stars! Tucked behind the gates at Villages of Crystal Beach, this home is located just a short walk (2 blocks) from the beach with sugar white sand and emerald water! 206 Kono Way's owners just purchased a brand new six seat, street legal golf cart for your complimentary use. Fresh paint and new furnishings ensure a fantastic beach vacation experience for guests. A tropical lagoon style swimming pool (seasonally heated) is a 3 min walk away along with a community BBQ area. You cannot beat this location – right in the heart of Destin near boutique shopping, outlet shopping, endless restaurants, entertainment, deep-sea fishing charters, a water park ……. you name it!

Open and airy describes the floor plan. The spacious living and dining areas flow nicely into a fully equipped kitchen that features an expansive island and a convenient half bath. The family gathering area is designed with comfort in mind and offers generous space for everyone in the group. In addition, the main level is home to a master suite with a king bed and private bath with a separate tub and shower.

The upstairs landing is a perfect place for relaxing, and is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and balcony access. For the kids, our spacious bunk room will sleep four with two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin). The shared hallway bathroom features a tub-shower combination. There is also a second master suite offering a king bed and a private bath with a shower. A laundry closet with a full-size stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located on the upstairs level. Home sleeps 12 total plus a pack and play is provided. There is parking for two cars, plus the golf cart. The HOA does not allow overflow or street parking.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
