EERSTE VERDIEPING 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers appartement bevindt zich in Sandpiper Cove Complex, een gated community met 43 aangelegde hectare in het hart van Destin. Wij zijn gevestigd op de golfbaan bij het verwarmde zwembad. De 6e hole van de baan ligt net naast ons deck, zie foto. Gratis par 3 golf, wanneer u maar wilt spelen!

Glazen schuifdeuren openen naar beide dekken. Comfortabel ingericht met flatscreen Smart TV, tv, keuken met alle accessoires, pannen en kleine apparaten, waaronder Keurig, die u nodig heeft.

WiFi Smart TV, bekijk je Hulu, Netflix of je streamingdienst, check Facebook, surf op het net. Smart TV ook in de 2e slaapkamer met dvd-speler, flatscreen in master suite.

Houtskoolgrills bij het zwembad naast onze unit ~ die van jou om altijd te gebruiken!

Voorzieningen zijn onder meer 300 meter strand met seizoensgebonden strandservice en bar & grill aan het strand, 5 zwembaden, 3 buitenbubbelbaden, GRATIS 9 holes / par 3 golfbaan, 3 putting greens, 6 tennisbanen, inclusief augurkbalveld, een kanaal met docs, 20 slip jachthaven en een boothelling, lekker eten in Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant gelegen op het terrein. Al deze zijn beschikbaar voor u als onze gast! Dit appartement heeft een wasserij op de kamer, een complete keuken en beddengoed. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan, niet roken.

Een par 3 golfbaan bevindt zich door het hele gebouw. We zijn op de 6e green, zie onderstaande foto voor uitzicht vanaf ons dek. Dit is uw ideale vakantiebestemming! Comfortabele schommelbank op het achterdek.

Favorite place to stay in Destin

This was our second time staying at this unit. It is always clean and has everything we need. The owner is wonderful and is quick to respond for anything that arises. There is plenty of seating and a nice large table that is great for group dinner or puzzles and games. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will be our first choice for our family vacation next year!

Great spot for family vacation

We loved this place. It was just what we hoped for and we would definitely return. The place was comfortable and clean. It was a good walk to the beach, but reasonable. The private beach was beautiful and quiet. The grocery store was convenient. There are a few things to note that may be helpful: *The golf course is not in good condition. The greens were dry and weedy. Talking to residents, this is not typical and the conditions were not usually this bad. We played it, but definitely not what we had hoped for. *There is chair service, but it is $48 per day so this was high for us and we did not have chairs since we had flown in. *There are no beach towels provided so bring them or plan on having to go buy them. *We spent a week and only had two dishwasher pods and trash bags and were told we could not get any more so we would have to go buy them.

Destin is a home away from home, for us! It’s the place that lowers our blood pressure. It’s what we look forward to in the stressful times. Condo 1090 was the perfect cherry on top. The condo is cute, clean, well laid out, and spacious! The owners are VERY responsive and friendly! One of the best years we have had in our 20+ of coming to Destin!

Perfect place for us!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we expected according to pictures and description. It has all the amenities we could have needed... Even the kitchen had everything we could have needed! The entire condo was very clean! Location was also great... Very close to the beach and within minutes of anything you could need. I love that it was in a gated community for the privacy and security. I really felt like the owner, Debbie, has it setup for her and her family to enjoy all the comforts of home! It was cozy and comfortable! Things that are out of the owner's control to be aware of and this would most likely apply all other lower level condos.... People upstairs... Must have dumped a cooler or something full of water on their deck because it saturated ours! (I thought it had rained!) Luckily, we did not have anything outside! Also, there were 2 teenage boys who maybe liked to wrestle or just goof off? They were loud... Voices, music, heavy walking and loud thumping all heard from above through late hours which eventually subsided or we just fell asleep from exhaustion from the day but again please remember this is NOT something the owner can control!! This info is just to help prepare for what could be and to help you pack accordingly! (Headphones, ear plugs or maybe noise doesn't bother you!) Debbie was excellent with communication and recommendations. Her love for the area shines and we would definitely stay there again! Overall-10/10. Nothing inconvenienced us and our stay was exactly what we wanted! Thank you to Debbie and family!

This place had lots to do, enjoyed swinging the pitching wedge and putting around the par 3 course every morning. Swimming pool right out side our place was great to come back to after spending the day at the beach. Would go back anytime with the family.

Really enjoyed our stay. Literally 30 paces to the pool and grills. We prefer the quieter pools to the busy/loud main pool. Getting to the beach was supper easy. It’s walkable but we just drove across. The plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall the condo was exactly as the listing described. It was a short walk to the beach, and loved the fact that was so close and convenient to the pool and grills. The owner was very responsive when reaching out to her and provided things to do around the area. The water taxi from the property to Harborwalk was very enjoyable.
