Work faster with gigabit Ethernet and WiFi at our electric height adjustable sit stand desk. We’ve outfitted the bed with a comfy mattress, premium linens and towels to match. Everywhere you look we’ve added thoughtful touches like lamps and storage. Kelly and I can’t wait to host you for your next Detroit adventure!
Guest access
You’ll have access to the building door and to your unit door via a code which will be messaged to you before you arrive. The unit is located down one flight of stairs.

The shared front porch is a great place to hang out. The shared back yard and grill are also yours enjoy.

Please do not park on the street and instead use your reserved space.

We have a level 1 EVSE available by request so please let us know in advance if you’re driving an electric car.
Other things to note
This unit will experience noise transfer from the guests upstairs.

We strictly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, but on the porch and backyard is allowed and 420 friendly.

This unit is designated (1) pet friendly. Certain pet etiquette rules apply.
