When we got to the property, they informed us that they were overbooked and only had one room left in the hotel and still had to turn people away because they were more reservations where people hadn’t checked in yet. We reserved a double Queen Suite with a sofa bed, we needed the three beds, but the only room they had left was a room with a King bed and a sofa. When we got to the room and pulled out the sofa bed, there was two big blood stains on the mattress protector. I called down to the front desk to let them know, they did apologize. We informed them that we wouldn’t be sleeping there and she said they understood but they didn’t have any other rooms Available. They would not refund my money because she said I booked a non cancellation room on Expedia. So I told her because my room had a blood stain on the bed and they couldn’t give me another room that wasn’t my fault. As we were there another couple was coming in to check in and she told them they didn’t have any rooms available either. Then she asked them if they were going to use the sofa bed and they said no, so she told them she could give them a king room that just because available but the sofa bed was broke, pretty sure this was the room I just hav where the keys back for. We ended up driving a mile or so down the road and got another room, but I am still out the money for this room. If I was you, go down the road and don’t stay here.
