The employee working the night shift was rude. After I expressed to him room 140 shower was obnoxiously shaking and the room smelt like cigarettes he wanted to keep going back and forth about how I could not switch rooms. Then he put emphasis on not having a king bed when all I wanted to do was take a shower. Thank you to the morning ladies for hearing my concerns and addressing the issue with their employee.

Honestly this is the best Hotel I’ve stayed at it was super clean and it wasn’t noisy at all the staff was nice and very respectful the only thing I wish they had was a pool.

Room was not guest ready
The room was not ready for a guest. There were no towels, toilet paper, or soap in the room. The beds only had sheets and no blankets/comforters. The pillows were not on the bed and none of them were in pillow cases. There were pillow cases on the desk but some were stained. The pillows were lumpy and needed to be thrown out. I’ve stayed at this location in the past and previous experiences were good but not this one. We just needed a room to sleep for a few hours.

The property location was great for my needs. The price was competitive and the room was very clean and adequate. However, the T. V. did not work. Apparently the prior guest used a firestick or some other connection and did not return the settings for the T. V.

GROSS!
It was a disaster! The toilet was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the room stinks, the AC/Heater buttons doesn’t work. I checked in around 830pm checked out before midnight because I got so itchy after laying down on the bed for freaking few hours. They can’t even give me a full refund like it was my fault that their rooms are disgusting!

The room is dim. To get to it, i had to walk through spilled trash. Electrical outlets were loose and the room had to be rigged with an alternate method to charge phones. There was silver bus coming out of the sink. When reported it was suggested i just put something over the drain !@!There were guests hanging out on the upper walkway with loud talking and music. I checked out the very evening. Front desk staff is to be commended. They were pleasant and really tried to give the facility a positive vibe. I tried this facility as a last minute arrangement. My luggage was in the room for just hours when i informed staff of issues. I was informed I'd still have to pay for that day! Trust this: I will not be staying at Red Roof facilities in the future...
