'Parking was great. Easy access location (major highways) with a restaurant basically in the parking lot. Room was clean with some minor aesthetic issues ( nothing a little paint won’t fix).
My biggest issue by far was the rolling barn style bathroom/closet door. So visualize this - two doorways side by side; a bathroom and a closet. There is a rail installed over both; the door is heavy, barn style, with a significant frosted glass pane that rolls back and forth. Theoretically, when...

'Room had a faint mildew smell and ac unit was extra loud - Check in was quick and staff very nice. Breakfast was not as good as other the holiday inn express I stay a, eggs were very dry and no cinnamon rolls - muffins were excellent so keep those for sure.'

'Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained.
Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay.
All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

'Clean room (looked recently updated/renovated); helpful staff; 1 of our keys did not work upon arrival so had to go back to the front desk and get new ones. Pool was small, and not really “heated” - the room it was was definitely warm/humid but the water felt cool. Very convenient location off the highway!'
