Munnar Village Homes - A pure Village Home Stay

Munnar Village Homes stay, is a beautiful home stay. It is located in a village called Anaviratty. This is a pure village stay in a calm and quiet area. Our property is located 20 Kilometer away from Munnar on Kochin Route. 1.5 KM from National Highway 85. It is on the way side of the village road, which is called Anaviratty – Mankadavu Road.
Rooms
We have four bedrooms for the guests. All these rooms are attached with private bathroom. All rooms are Non Air conditioned room. Two balcony is there, One in front side and another one in back side. All the rooms are located on first floor. Two bedrooms are near about 20 meter square and other two is near about 15 meter square. All rooms has hot water facility for bath room. No hot water shower. For hot water there is a specific tap. It has low flow than the normal water tap. Turn on the tap and wait for 2 minutes. Because it is operated by LPG. A spacious parking area is there in the property. Free Wi-Fi also available.
Food
At Munnar Village Homes normally do not offer food. If you need food (breakfast, Lunch or dinner) you have to inform us beforehand. So, we can prepare food for them. You can have taste traditional Kerala homely food. Otherwise, we can give you the menu card or contact number of nearby restaurant, which offer home delivery. We can offer Appam, Puttu, Idli, Dosa and uppuma for the breakfast. And for Lunch, meals and for dinner, meals and chapatti. Both Veg and Non Veg we can offer.
How to Reach Property
To reach our property, different route is there from different location.
From Coimbatore: – Munnar then Anaviratty – to Property.
From Munnar:- take Ernakulam/Kochin/Kottayam/Thrissur/Kothamangalam/Adimaly Bus and get down at Anaviratty.
From Theni:- Pooppara – Rajakkad - Kunjithanni – Adimaly bus – Get Down at Anaviratty
From Theni:- Pooppara – Rajakkad – Adimaly – Munnar bus Get Down at Anaviratty
From Kochin/Ernakulam: Take Munnar Bus and Get Down at Anaviratty
From Adimaly: Take Munnar/Mankulam/Bisonvally bus and Get Down at Anaviratty
From there 1.5 KM to walk or you can take a tuctuc/Auto rikshaw to property.

6. Wi-Fi Password: samjacob6409.
7. Food not allowed in room. Only in dining area. If so, it will cause to attract pests and other animals.
8. Don’t throw food and other worsts here and there or to garden also.
9. Worst goes to bin only.
10. Separate Dry worst and wet worst.
11. Don’t put Napkin / sanitary pads in Closet.
12. After 21:00 PM must keep silence. Don’t disturb others.
13. Kitchen/Laundry and other service is chargeable.
14. When going to waterfall and river be more careful. Lot of spaces in the river has so deep area. So, if you don’t know swimming don’t get in to water. Your safety is the primary think
15. When hear alarm / siren be in any side of the river. Because it is the time of Dam Opening. Be more careful.
16. Don’t use or take any house hold items or services, without prior permission.
17. Bachelors are allowed but don’t disturb others including other guests, Family, House owners, and neighbours.
18. While check out take all your belongings only and turn off all light, fan, and all other equipment and lock the room and give the key back to Manager.
