Great location in Dewey
This condo is in a great location, allowing for a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The Jolly Trolley stop was right across the street as well. The home was clean upon arrival, and the owner communicated quickly whenever I reached out to her. Our only concern was the couches that sunk in very deep and were difficult to get out of, especially for my parents. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is perfect
If you are looking for location in Dewey it is perfect. I do think furniture and beds need an upgrade. Top bunks are for children only. The couches are a bit old and saggy. Other then that there is plenty of room and apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with owner is great! Easy check in and fit 2 large cars in assigned parking spots. Had a great time!

Cute condo! There for 2 days. Mostly everything was clean except the walls and decor are collecting dust so the cleaners need to pay more attention to that. The beds make noise with EVERY movement so that may annoy you. Very tight parking area but thankfully the beach, restaurants, and some activities were walkable so only left the garage twice. If you can’t do stairs, this property isn’t for you! The owner is very kind and responsive. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway
We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was amazing! The host was very kind and very accessible, she answered all questions in a timely manner. The location was fabulous! Very close to the beach, food, and bars! There were two bathrooms and that was a game changer with all of us girls getting ready! Loved the keyless entry, it made checking in and out super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was very easy and they responded quickly when we had questions. One item I will note, this is a third floor unit with no elevator (in case you require assistance). This did not provide an issue for our group. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot for friends weekend get together

Great property manager, great location and great place to stay! You're right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Everything was clean and fresh, property manager made it very easy to find and easy to contact for any questions.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the conditions of the rental. I understand that this rental changes hands weekly with new guests, however, with the charge of a cleaning service I would expect it to be clean and presentable at check-in. I listed a few things below that were noticeable within a few minutes of checking in at the place: -Master bathroom sink clogged -Hair in master shower drain -Sand in wash machine -Lack of silverware/cooking utensils -Urine and sweat smelling couch/pillows -Broken couch -Sand on floors upon arrival -Living room blinds missing and broken -Broken blinds in spare bedroom -broken microwave & large microwave on counter taking up all of the counter space for cooking -misrepresentation of photographs posted on VRBO vs in real life -broken ceiling lights -dirty TV with fingerprints & food -no table outside as pictured -extremely sticky table that no matter how much you wiped and cleaned remained sticky. We have been coming to Dewey beach yearly since 2016 and have never had a negative experience with a rental. This condo was absolutely filthy and for being charged a “cleaning service fee” they should be fired. I reached out to the renter and her response was simply…I’ll pass it on to the cleaning crew. Pitiful customer service.

Wonderful, convenient rental in Dewey!
I booked this last fall for July 1st weekend- my daughter was getting married ina private ceremony on the beach. Gaysha was wonderful with her communication, description of property and the check in process. The place was perfect for our needs! (I always read reviews ahead of booking somewhere, so I knew it was on the third floor and near a club- I put the fan on and night and didn't hear the music) There is a lovely, well equipped kitchen, a nice big table, plenty of seating, bedrooms and bathrooms were good, too. There is also parking under the building for two cars! The location is super convenient! Right near the bay and a block and half to the beach! Lots of restaurants/food options close by! I would definitely stay here again!

This beach condo was as described and very comfortable for our family of five. Easy access to beautiful beach and short walk to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We were in town for a lacrosse event in Frederica, DE and this condo was just a 35 minute drive from the fields. It made for a great getaway. Thank you!

PERFECT location for access to bars and restaurants. Having 2 full bathrooms is so clutch for staying with a group. Dining room and living room is a nice open space to spend time with friends. It was absolutely perfect for opening weekend. Owner was super responsive.

Great location, great vacation!
We had an awesome time. It was a great little beach condo! The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for us and could have comfortably fit more! We walked everywhere! Only thing for guests to consider is there were quite a few stairs, it didn’t bother us but it could affect some individuals. Also, the music from bottle and cork could be heard in the back two bedrooms until they closed at like 2am. Again, it didn’t bother us at all, not even my 9 week old, but it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sound! Neither things affected our stay but I think they are things people may want to know about because for some people it could!

Great location being just about mid-Dewey. No view which is a bummer. Have to cross Rt1 for the beach but there's a crosswalk right on the way. Parking is tight due to the alley and narrow carport. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions as well as accommodating a few requests.

Nice but noisy
The unit was very difficult to locate but the property manager was very helpful. The unit is updated and clean, but there were ants in the kitchen and no matter how much we wiped the kitchen table with Clorox wipes, the table remained sticky. The parking area is VERY narrow and I scraped the front fender of my car trying to squeeze it into the parking spot. The unit is located close to the Bottle and Cork and the music from there was EXTREMELY loud until early in the morning. Also, you need a strong set of legs to walk up all the flights of stairs!

Mini beach family vacay
We only stayed for 2 nights in the property. The house was exactly what we needed. The property manager Gaeysha was right on top of responding to the questions I had. We wanted to be close to the beach so the location was spot on. The only thing the listing does not mention is this is the highest floor unit which entails climbing 4 flights of stairs. I think this is important information for guests so they can prepared in their packing and if anyone in their party cannot climb that many flights. However the balcony was a nice place to enjoy the weather. The only negative I really had about the property is the dining table just feels permanently sticky, its clean, just whatever the finish makes it feel that way.

Everything Sticky...but owner very nice, answers quickly.
I wish I would have read up on the previous reviews. Really, the whole place was sticky, dirty. Not sure why a professional cleaning service is not either hired, or Fired if there is one. The TV screen was caked in handprints, fingerprints, food, and who knows what. Same with the sliding glass doors, same with the pictures on the wall. UHG. So I actually had to clean the TV screen myself. THE FLOORS WERE NOT EVEN MOPPED. There is never a reason that this should not be done between paying renters. There were various sticky spill marks of whatever, on the kitchen floor all over. I got so sick of walking on the sticky, that I had to get wet paper towels and mop up the gross spills myself!! I honestly didn't even want to sit/lay on the (brown) couches. The Over the Stove microwave is broken, so there is another (big) one on the counter, which takes up All the counter space (small kitchen) that you need to prepare meals. The remote control back was missing, so the batteries kept falling out. I found it partly under couch, which also had old gross snack foods under it and was gross. The screen door (on sliding door) had a huge (approx12x12 inch) rip/hole in it. We tried taping paper towels over the hole on the screen, to cover the hole so the bugs wouldn't come in. As far as other stuff, it's basically as others have said...it is in a building that is sandwiched closely between other buildings. So no view of anything to speak of, but the back of other buildings. It is up a lot of very tall steep steps, top floor. So many trips up/down carrying your things. The good news is that it was quiet for us, this time of year. And in summer you are probably not there most of the time anyway. To back out of car space, you have to be careful to try not to hit the other building, it's that close. It was nice to see the sun set on the bay side nearby. The ocean was across the highway and down the street a ways, but not bad for us, it was too cold to be out long anyway. (Probably a block and a half). It is near to some restaurants for convenience, I imagine it's super busy in summer. The place needs some fixing up, the floor is spongy/rotted by the front door, and apt. must be cleaned top to bottom.... It may be a good place for people with a lot of small kids, because clearly everything is sticky/handprints/food etc...but it should be cleaned EXTRA then in that case, for the next guests who don't have little kids.

Excellent property, manager, & location! No issues with noise; Dewey is very quiet this time of year in general, but even moreso this year due to COVID. At night, the bedrooms do get quite a bit of florescent light from nearby buildings & the street, but our children at least did not have any issues sleeping. The property description is very accurate in terms of what would be, and more importantly what would not be, available on location; for example, plan to bring all your own beach stuff (chairs, blankets, toys, etc).

Great location...but up on third floor
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The couches in the living room were quite cozy. One thing we were shocked to find out was that the condo was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. This put quite a damper on the trip for my elderly grandmother who barely could make it up the first time. The parking situation was very tight. Which is no fault of the homeowner. Just whoever parked in condo C did not care that it was meant to be shared with condo D. The condo was not very clean..for example the kitchen table was very sticky with some sort of residue on certain areas. The TV had kids fingerprints allover it and the ceiling fans were very dusty as were the baseboards especially in the bathroom. Beds were as uncomfortable as it gets..and very squeaky. The location was great. You can walk to both the beach and bayside pretty easily. And it's very close to the rehobeth boardwalk. Property owner was a quick responder and very friendly.
