Kids will love playing basketball with a fun poolside court. The yard has been freshly landscaped with a sweet privacy fence for your safety. The home is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.
Inside, this retreat hosts an inviting living area with a comfortable sectional and a TV and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a gorgeous kitchen island where you can enjoy all of your meals. For added fun, enjoy a good variety of games and puzzles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys are also available should you want to visit the sand and waves again.

Things to Know
The saltwater pool is open from May 7 until September 15, 2025.Pool heat is available for the entire stay or not at all. We are unable to turn it on or off during specific days for your stay. Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.Rest easy, this vacation rental isn't subject to Rehoboth Beach's recent rental tax increase!Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
