Adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit bijna elk raam in deze VOLLEDIG gerenoveerd (lente 2018) 3 slaapkamers 2. 5 badkamers, twee niveaus einde eenheid stadshuis!

Er zijn vrij uitzicht op de oceaan helemaal naar Rehoboth vanuit de familie kamer, eethoek, dek, hal, slaapkamer en veranda!

Wij zijn gevestigd in het hart van Dewey aan het einde van McKinley Street ... direct aan het zand! Er is geen gebouw dichter bij het water in heel Dewey.

Als u ervoor kiest om vroeg op te staan, zult u getuige zijn van verbazingwekkende zonsopgangen vanuit uw eigen bed of genieten van een kopje koffie op de nieuwe grote veranda om uw dag te beginnen.

Deze nieuwe aanbieding is volledig gerenoveerd voor het strandseizoen van 2018 !! Afgehaald tot aan de noppen en opnieuw ontworpen als een droomstrandretraite!

Deze schoonheid heeft een eigen ingang die je rechtstreeks naar het strandduin leidt!

De eerste verdieping is een open plattegrondconcept met uitzicht op de oceaan!

U betreedt het stadshuis (met behulp van een digitale code ... niet in uw tas zoeken naar een sleutel) in een opnieuw ontworpen toegangsweg met nieuwe damestoilet. U zult onmiddellijk de prachtig afgewerkte grenen vloeren opmerken.

Het eetgedeelte heeft een nieuwe tafel groot genoeg voor 8 personen die ook kunnen genieten van het strand en uitzicht op de oceaan.

De volledig nieuwe keuken ontworpen voor die chef-koks op vakantie omvat kwarts tellers, roestvrijstalen apparaten, ontbijttafel, ruime soft-close laden en kasten, en een Bosche "stille" vaatwasser.

De familiekamer heeft een extra groot raam dat u een weids uitzicht op de oceaan biedt richting Rehoboth. Er is ook een nieuwe 4K Smart TV geladen met zowel apps als kabel.

Schuifregelaars naast de familiekamer leiden naar het dek van Oceanside met een ingebouwde bar met uitzicht op de oceaan en een extra zitgedeelte.

Tweede verdieping bestaat uit slaapkamer met gloednieuw raam met een adembenemend uitzicht op het strand, de oceaan en alle dingen in het noorden. Nieuw kingsize bed, nieuw toegevoegd volledig hoofdbad met grote ijdelheid van kwarts.

Alle nieuwe Ocean-front tweede verdieping veranda met adembenemend uitzicht op zowel het noorden als het zuiden.

Er zijn twee extra slaapkamers op de 2e verdieping. Beide slaapkamers hebben een nieuw stapelbedsysteem met een eenpersoonsbed boven een tweepersoonsbed.

De 2e verdieping volledig gerenoveerd Hall Bath heeft ook een nieuwe grote quartz ijdelheid, bad en douche.

Na je dag op het strand, loop je de privéstappen op naar het westdekgebied om je strandspullen te laten vallen en de buitendouche te nemen of een drankje te nemen aan de ingebouwde bar met prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. De buitendouche heeft ook een wasmachine en droger!

Dit huis beschikt ook over een eigen parkeerplaats, alle nieuwe Anderson dubbele opgehangen ramen, centrale lucht en warmte met Nest-bediening, en nieuw ingericht met alle nieuwe designmeubels. Beschermd door Ring Doorbell bij ingangen naar huis.

GRATIS MAANDAG NACHTFILMS OP HET STRAND: Neem je strandstoel en familie mee voor een gezinsvriendelijke film die wordt getoond op Dewey Beach. Films vinden plaats op maandag en beginnen om 8:30 P. M (schemering).

GRATIS WOENSDAG BONFIRES OP HET STRAND:
Breng uw strandstoel en familie naar een vreugdevuur en marshmallow roosteren. Bonfires begint op 3 juli 2018. Ze vinden dan elke woensdag tot en met 29 augustus 2018 plaats. Vreugdevuren worden gehouden van 7:00 P. M. tot 9:00 P. M.

Wonderful weekend at the beach

Four friends headed to the beach for a getaway birthday weekend. The place was just as we pictured, overlooking the beach (we saw dolphins from the deck!) and a quick walk over the dune to be on the beach. Everything was lovely and clean and we had a great time. Highly recommend! Easy walk into town with bars and restaurants (and coffee!) Are planning on returning next year with the same group for another fun girls' getaway! ANotes: Coffee machine is a Keurig, so if you don't bring pods you need to buy coffee or bring your own machine Also, toilet paper is not provided. We arrived late on a Friday night with four people and had almost no TP in any of the bathrooms. This was a drag. I'd rather pay 10 more for the rental and have the TP provided, but that's me! :)

What an awesome place and an awesome host. I don’t believe there’s a 3 bedroom in Dewey that’s closer to the beach than this one! Very clean, updated, great communication with owners…. You’ll love it!

Wonderful vacation

This is a stunning beachfront home. Very special property, as described by owners. Location is so convenient. Walk out private gate directly onto path to waterfront. Easy back and forth between beach and house. Huge windows and sliding glass doors keep the shoreline close even while you are inside. Interior is new and clean. Powder room on first level is so convenient. Communication with owner could not have been better! We are grateful for the great vacation we were able to enjoy at this fabulous home. We were able to walk everywhere, especially to restaurants and coffee shops.

Beautiful View & Location

The location of the unit is ideal, I’ve never been closer to the sand! The windows give you a view of the dunes/ocean that makes you feel like you aren’t missing a thing being inside and you get everything the beach has to offer, except sandy, from the upstairs porch. Great location for walking around Dewey and the movies/marshmallow nights on the beach. Just a mile in the sand to the Rohoboth boardwalk, which I walked with my 10 & 12 year olds one evening (we took the trolley home). Really lovely, we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for memories

This was our 2nd year here and it did not disappoint! I truly appreciate all of the touches the Wootten's do yo make the stay extra comfortable. Great quality cookware, a well stocked and organized kitchen, a great choice of board games for the family, soft comfortable sheets and bath towels, extra cleaning supplies, drawer organzers, and more. The location itself is so perfect for single families. Access to the beach is key when bringing beach gear down or jogging a child back for a bathroom break. The view with tall seats to see above the railing, especially during sunrises, is perfection. The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. Thank you so much for providing the perfect space for a week of beach memories!!

Can’t beat the location!

This house was a great fit for our family of five with three young kids. It is an end unit RIGHT on the beach, you seriously cannot beat the location. We could set up camp on the beach right in front of our unit and could easily come back to the house for lunch or to use the bathroom. The unit is in great shape and was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. There are two large decks, one off the main level and one off the top level master bedroom. The top deck offers and amazing view of the beach and ocean. This house would have been five stars if it weren’t for the communication with the host. Upon arrival the host messaged me twice demanding to know why i had more than five people staying at my house. We didn’t. She had seen my brother in law and his family visiting via the ring camera, which there was one of on each deck. She even messaged me to tell my four year old to stop pressing the doorbell because she got a notification on her phone every time. We felt very watched. After we checked out I got many more messages. One was about a missing game, which I offered to pay for. Something also got stuck in the outdoor shower drain (the drain cover was not secured) and we were harassed about that and several other minor issues. We know with three young kids accidents can happen, which is why we always purchase the accidental damage protection. We have never had an issue with a host before. Unfortunately the constant questioning really soured our experience.

Great for a weekend getaway

Our group had a great fall weekend at this property! The house was super clean and the kitchen was updated & well stocked. The furniture was nice and new looking which often isn’t the case in most rentals. There were more places open in town than we anticipated, so we never had to get in the car once we got there. I didn’t read the listing closely enough so if you like drip coffee bring a machine & filters, there’s totally a Kuerig though! The views and location were top notch, didn’t feel like you were in the middle of Dewey. Would totally return!

Fabulous Place

We were a little leery as we typically don’t rent condos but this place was a winner! All the reviews and the descriptions are spot on. It’s super clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the views. Having coffee in the morning and cocktails at Happy Hour overlooking the Ocean is just spectacular. The end unit is a bonus and makes a huge difference. Thanks for letting us experience and enjoy your little slice of paradise!

Amazing family vacation!

This was our first trip as a family of 5 wiyh 3 young kids. This house made the experience seemless. Not only are the views from the decks jaw dropping but the windows by the kitchen table, in the living room, up the steps and over the master bed make you feel like you are on the beach from the time you first wake up. As a mom, I appreciated all the little touches the hosts included to make the stay easier. The kitchen had everything you would need including Tupperware for leftovers and each knife had a safety cover. The bathrooms had drawer organizers, there were extra light bulbs and batteries just in case. Maisie was so responsive when anything came up, too. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a comfortable place for families to make memories in Dewey!
