This is a 2019 manufactured home with a huge Mountain View. This home sits on 2.5 acres, just 2 miles from Hwy 69, on paved road. Enjoy the tranquility and also the convenience to many attractions, in the Prescott Area. There is a patio and bbq to enjoy the outdoors. Dogs are ok, house has fenced backyard area. Just Upgraded 15/3 mbps satellite internet. Brand new washer and dryer. Any questions please ask.

My family started for a wedding in Dewey. The home was nice and close to the venue. My family loved the home.

This is our 3rd or 4th time here......property is ALWAYS clean and ready to go. We were here a week...enjoyed the peace and quiet....this property is at the top of a hill and perfect...the only thing you can hear is the wind blowing thru the trees, and an occasional coyote. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will stay here again.

Always clean, stocked with anything you might need, and quick and easy communication with the host. The property is nice and quiet, paved drive the whole way and solid gravel driveway so no need to worry about mud. Nice little fenced in yard. We haver stayed here multiple times and always love it!

Amy’s place had everything we needed for a comfortable few day stay. Beds were decently comfortable and the house was very clean. Amy was a great host and even went and turned the heat on for us so it was warm when we arrived after I told her we would be checking in really late. We would definitely stay again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Very Comfortable and very clean. It’s up the hill so there is a nice view and neighbors are not close so it is very peaceful. Very much appreciate the hair dryer added in the bathroom since our last visit! My only suggestion would be to add some taller drinking glasses to the kitchen supplies. I’m sure we will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Views are wonderful. Sunrise/sunsets are spectacular. Very quiet. Wildlife from rabbits to quail and a couple of deer. Clean, great towels & bedding, excellent internet. On that TV remote: push button up or down, not a press function. Everything operated great. Electricity went out during some storms, but just for an hour or 2...if you there during monsoon, bring a flashlight. I stayed 30 days and enjoyed it! Highly recommend for an out of big city get away!

I’ve booked this place a couple times, it’s always great. Everything is always clean, and it’s fully stocked with any kitchen, bathroom, or linen things you might need. It’s such a quiet, peaceful property, we love seeing all the birds and bunnies out the window. Communication is awesome, Amy is always quick to respond and help with any needs you might have, and check in and out is a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough!

This place is great. The king size bed and queen size bed were both very comfortable. We never used the bunk beds. TV room seating was very comfortable. Internet and TV both worked great. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Amy's place is fabulous. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the back yard. Our pup was in heaven. I highly recommend this property when going to the Prescott area. Far enough away to have peace and quiet, but close to many great attractions and parks. We will definitely be back.
