Great stay
Amazing stay in this hotel, the management and front desk is very professional and presented their warm reception. Overall I was very comfortable in their cleanliness, hospitality and attitude.

They did not give us the room we booked. They tried to show us a different invoice. Seems like a totally scammy hotel.

The hotel lobby and restaurants were nice, but the rooms were dirty and outdated. Food was really good and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful along with the bellhops.

Definitely stay here!
The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms were exactly as shown in the picture, it was very clean and kept up to date. J definitely got more than I paid for and would definitely recommend. It is also safe and secure, they have checks before going into the hotel and is patrolled by security outside the building. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing stay, great breakfast buffet, extremely comfortable rooms and amenities, out class service. From the guard at the door to the laundry guy to the people at the breakfast to the room cleaning service, every one met you with a smile and offered to help. I will definitely come back here if I end up coming to Dhaka again. Wifi was also ok, not bad and not amazing either, but good enough to get the job done.

Safe and adequately furnished hotel
Came late at 1am for check in. Hotel is about 20mins from the airport. Staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation and made me wait for about 15mins in the lobby. Called me and told me that they had to upgrade my room due to full occupancy. And told me candidly ' this is the only time Sir'.... Hey man it's not my fault that u have overbooked yr hotel? I was puzzled. I am extremely also unhappy that even though I have a room with a meeting point, I couldn't bring my partner up to my room for a meeting. Abit of a rubbish explanation. However if u want to have a comfortable stay and safe hotel environment then this is the hotel to book. Breakfast was similar all three nights that I stayed but food quality and taste was consistent and tasty. Overall a good experience and stay. Hope they can be less rigid on genuine business personals using the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The gym and pool on the 14th floor are both very quiet and under-used. Good breakfast with a wide range of local and western foods.

Buen hotel con seguridad privada en Dhaka
Es un buen hotel, con seguridad en la puerta 24 horas. Cuenta con Spa (estaba en reparaciones), Sauna y piscine exterior en la azotea. El buffet en el hotel es bueno y variado. Las habitaciones estan bien y la cama es grande. El unico problema es el aire acondicionado, que es bastante ruidoso en algunos momentos. Tienen shuttle al aeropuerto y los vehiculos entran al hotel para cargar y descargar pasajeros, lo que es una medida de seguridad extra.

It was excellent stay.. I still remember a staff Mr. Harun the bellboy... he generally was a very helpful staff ... but one day I needed one medicine in emergency.. he understood the emergency and got me the medicine within fraction of minutes.. God keep him blessed. Also Expedia made a mistake in my booking ... it seems its an error of system. I clicked on Executive suite but your system booked deluxe twin room. Though hotel understood my plight and did needful.

Ideal Business stay
The area is a posh locality of Gulshan area. The only backdraw is a school which is very noisy. My only suggestion to the property is to change the window panels to sound proff for netter Guest comfort . Food is awesome, Service is bery good and prompt , Checkin abd checkout very swift . Staff very friendly and kind . Will Stay again on next visit .

Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast spread has soup, selection of fruits suitable for Chinese people like me. Very near to good restaurant eg Japanese, Chinese Rest like Chows Garden, Golden Rice. Japanese is Izumi Rest

Comfortable and very well executed. Book it!
Everything at this hotel is perfectly executed, down to the smallest details. The employee training and attitude. The reception. The bathroom amenities. The extensive buffet breakfast with egg station. Free airport transfers, and it took me 3 hours to get my visa on arrival but there they were. It's every bit the equal of big brand hotels that cost twice as much. These people work hard to be this good and they've earned their good reviews. You won't go wrong here.
