Work on room service and clearness.
Their service and cleanliness is very bad . I was staying there for 2 nights. I called them for room service several times, but no one showed up. Not even they don’t provide you new water bottles.

The porperty was close enough to Gulshan (which is a popular area). The staff were nice and friendly. It was in a quiet area (no noise pollution). For the price I paid. If I had paid more, I would have not been satisfied.

送迎について、空港から迎えを予約していたが見つからず、タクシーにて移動、料金1.200tk。 帰りも、前日に予約を入れたが、送迎で呼んだのがUBER(ウーバ)?だと思うが、国際線(International flights)に行かず、国内線(Domestic flights)に下ろされ、危うく乗り遅れる所だった。 日本人ですが、行く前にメールにて送迎は確認した方が安心です。

Where do I start. Appearance from outside is completely dated & dirty. I reserved premium suite with king size bed & twin bed but was given queen bed with sofa(not pull out). When I called front desk about I was told that’s the biggest room they have & maybe it was Expedia advertising mistake. They gave two small bottles of water for first two days even though it says free bottles water & I stayed 9 days in 90 some degree weather for two people. When I asked for bigger bottles they charged me for it. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom skin moves and shelves underneath so dirty you can actually write your name on it. Towels were so worn out fabrics were actually coming out from the sides. Breakfast manu or selection was simply just so so sad. Hotel restaurant staffs were exceptionally professional but hotel manager just sit on guest area chair & read news paper all day. He doesn’t even bother greeting customers. I will not ever stay at this hotel again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone not to.

Moderate hotel for a short stay
The hotel is quite cheap compering to others in the neighbourhood, however quality is also average. Bedsheets were clean, however room's floor (especially floor corners) not. Room with a window with next building two meters away is like a room without window. Poor breakfast with low choice of products. Loud and smelly air-conditioner. Problems with hot shower. Not working bedside lamps. Taxi price to the airport is unreasonable (compering to paid 5 times less via Uber).

For the price, this hotel was really good
Only stayed one night but was pleased overall. Quick and flawless check in, clean room and very helpful staff. Although the restaurant area looks really nice, food was a tad bit expensive for what it is was,compared to other hotels. Also the rooms should really have a mini safe in them, to leave valuables. Apart from that, definitely worth considering if you are staying around the embassies area of Dhaka. Is safe with a few local shops and just a rickshaw ride away from Jamuna future park shopping mall.

Excellent service at Hotel Blossom
I had a very good experience at Hotel Blossom. The striking aspect is the behavior of the staff. Excellent service - prompt & always courteous and warm. They make you feel welcome. The hotel maintenance is quite good, food quality is reasonably good. While the hotel itself is well maintained, the locality is slightly down town though a very close to the uptown areas across the main road - Paragati Sharani. For me this was the only negative aspect.

This is a good hotel except that it is difficult to find and traffic is really challenging. Also difficult to find good eating establishment around.

I made a mistake when I arrived at airport to call the hotel for complementary transport, as per as reservation, my check in time at 9.30 pm hotel receptionist Somrat behavior is totally disaster. He should inform hotel guest on arrival if is two people both must register at reception, very annoyed for his phone call for that. Luggage delivered to the room it take 30 minuets, Because of noisy generator couldn’t sleep at all I did complain 3.30 am 4 am switch off 4.15 switch on different one. It’s a joke, it’s look like generator base property. Breakfast are included for two pax,somrat ask me to pay, I ask him to read again reservations, he make me Nervous, Expedia made error to sign agreement to this motel the facility was discrive in your website is not there,Please sent survey specialist to make sure this hotel or motel represent correct information before switch on sale. I will never staying again,& never recommended to anyone.

部屋の清潔感はかなり良い。快適でした。ただ、チェックイン時に翌朝の空港までの送りを頼んだが(無料送迎サービス有り)、事前の申し込みをしなかったのが悪いのか有料タクシーだった。しかも高かった。予約時に確認が必要です。

Charged huge amount to drop me to airport
Its Bangladesh, what do you expect. But the manager is good but food is overly expensive and doesnot taste as good as the cost they ask. Also, very little portion of food. Beds and covers are dirty. Charged me a huge amount just to drop me off to the airport which was included in the price when i booked the hotel.

清潔な感じのホテル。部屋の備品の揃いも良いし、ロビーやレストランも清潔感がある。少し入り込んだところにあり、場所探しは少し難しいかもしれない。
