This hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for access to other parts of the city but not the best place for shopping if that is important to you. Staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative I can think of was that the check out took longer than expected as the staff took a while to do a final room check.

全体的に清潔で良かった。客室・バスルームの広さは十分だが、バスタブがあれば良かった。客室で仕事をするには照明が暗いので、スタンドはもっと明るいものにして欲しい。エアコンの音がうるさい。備え付けドライヤーが直ぐに故障してしまうので、もっと品質を上げるべき。1階ロビーに蚊が多かったので対策が必要。

Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel even knew without me telling them that water in shower did not drain properly and caused water to stay in the bathroom (and came to me directly to apologize during breakfast). Secure building.

Hotel sets a high standard. The rooms are excellent, staff very friendly and the food is generally good Rather than have only the buffet every night - I think it would be good to offer an a la Carte menu.

Very friendly staff. Lobby is very small and limited seating. Hotel guests and other office workers share the same entrance. Elevators are much smaller with only one evaluator available for hotel guests. Breakfast area is in the 24th floor. Good view but fewer items. Overall experience is ok but definitely not the 4 stars hotel atmosphere and amenities

I rented Large guest room with double Twin bed, I identified one of the bed was super dirty with lots of hair and dirt (it wasn't even changed before we checked in), I called reception immediately and they sent a service guy, after he saw the Bed, he was apologizing and saying sorry repeatedly. He then brought clean bed sheets and linen cover and pillow covers. ALSO HOTEL TOWELS ARE PRETTY OLD, IT LOOKS THEY WERE WORN OUT. I THOUGHT MAY BE IT WAS FIRST DAY, I NOTICED SAME KIND OF TOWELS WERE SUPPLIED DURING OUR STAY. THIS HOTEL IS OVER RATED, IT SHOULDN'T BE EVEN 3 STARS. Washroom door wasn't closing properly. Room Safe was loose, not attached to the main cabinet/wardrobe, anyone could take out whole safe box from the room. I paid up front for buffet breakfast for four days but Hotel didn't serve Buffet Breakfast.

This is not my first time in Four Point Sheraton at Dhaka.In a year I stay in this hotel more than 25 days . I feel as like at home. Dont want to say anything about staff , more helpful than this hotel you never find anywhere.Try the laundry service , they give you packed as new.I recommend all the business persons to try their hospitality, location , food, cleanness etc.I ts value for your money to stay in this hotel.Thanks to all staff.

Customer service was outstanding. Each and every staff person was courteous, and was able to speak in English without any trouble. Food was good. At first sight lobby looked little smaller than expected but later we got used to it.

The hotel i good, the service great, the gym is adequate and could use some more equipment such as bar bells bent press rack and squat rack. Food is no more that adequate and they have yet to learn how to grill meat.
