good location , that is it....others, hotel is badly maintained, such as the air con has big problem, room had a wierd smell, not clean, no view at all, all the facility is so old basically not able to use such as the equipment in the gym, the swimming pool is a joke. well, the reception staff and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, others cant speak english , pretty frustrated one last thing, this hotel is overpriced for the quality you get...i will not come again for sure.

Room was average. Everyone’s service was great. Had included breakfast. Restaurant and food was great along with the service. The room condition is average. Furtnitures are old and worned up. Hotel condition is lower than average considering the area and the expectation.

I was a little disappointed by one of the receptionist who didn’t greet or smile as I walked in to the reception and had a very bad attitude . Other staff were very nice and polite. Room service and housekeeping was excellent.

Liked the location, staff and quietness. Breakfast was fantastic. Had many choices and omelets made how I requested. The security checks got a little annoying but I did feel safer knowing they were checking.

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zustand des Hotels ist in einem guten Zustand allerdings sind die Einrichtungen schon sehr veraltet. Ist eher ein vier Sterne Hotel oder aber kein fünf Sterne Hotel mehr. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel hätte man die Einrichtungen im Bad zum Beispiel öfters erneuern sollen, was hier aber nicht passiert ist.

Bitter Check In Experience
The stay was at most subpar as the service that I was acquainted with during my registration was horrendous. My mother and I shared a room but at the reception, we were asked to purchase an additional room. I booked a king-size bed deluxe room which states in its description that it "sleeps for 2". I was later asked to upgrade but I did not. Later we came to a consensus that if we included breakfast, we would be able to get the room at our given price. Despite the bitter check-in experience. The room and food were exquisite.

Their service and management was terrible.my booking was same day I suppose to stayed there.so I booked 23rd March at 8pm and I was there at 11pm for my check in .they waited me like hours and half while they couldn’t find my booking.which was very disappointing for me.I am not gonna book this hotel again.

In need of refurbishment
The stay was reasonably cormfortable and clean. The room (especially the attached bathroom) was quite run down and old. I didnt sleep well because the bed smelt of smoke. Previous, guest any have smoked and the stench remained. My main complaint was with the check-in and check-out process. I have never spent so much time waiting for check-in to complete. Check-out took even longer. I was quite stressed by the delay as it risked me missing my flight.

It’s a good hotel but service was slow as we wait longer time to check in where as we booked by Expedia with all info. Room is good and clean but bed is totally low condition as sounds too much which makes sleepless.
