UNREACHABLE
I could not check-in at all. The hotel was closed and I could not contact anyone with phone or email or any other way. I tried calling every number possible and every email possible. All the numbers were not available and no reply to email. I did get message from facebook later in the night that they will make it up to me when they will open. But so far the booking was a total waste of my money.

途中でチェックアウトしてしまったが良いホテルです
1人でツイン利用です。 夜0時頃の到着でしたが警備の方共々笑顔で出迎えてくれました。 入り口は少し長めの階段ですが、荷物をいつも持ってくれます。 チェックインではポーターさんが部屋の隅々まで案内してくれました。 部屋は広くベッドも大きく充分清潔でしたが、個人的にトイレ・シャワーが完全にフラットな仕切りのない空間だったのが完全にアウトでした。 しかし清潔ではあったので、気にならない方であればそこまで高くない価格ですのでおすすめします。 空港についた直後から蚊だらけで不安でしたが、6階ということもあってなのかホテル内では蚊を見ませんでした。 シャワーはレインシャワーとカランのみ、タイル貼りで便器・洗面台ともに普通です。 しかしやはりシャワーを浴びると、レインシャワーのみということもあり便器がびしょ濡れです。 他レビューにもあるように、スイッチを入れてから10分するとお湯が出るそうです。 私は疲れていたこともあり、ポーターさんに「スイッチ入れてくれてますか?」と確認すると「Yes」と言ってくれたので、自分で確認もせずに入ってしまい案の定水を浴びてしまいました。 赤いスイッチを入れると光ります。 やはりダッカの性質上、外は夜通しうるさく6階でも音はかなり聞こえました。 翌朝、どうしてもシャワーが苦手なことをフロントに伝えると、 9階の同タイプの部屋を見せてくれ、少し狭くなりますが シャワールームに気持ち程度にカーテンがあったため、そこに変更しておいてくれるということになりました。 ちなみに朝食はルーフトップでオムレツやパン、バングラや南アジア系のビュッフェでした。 スパイシーなものや油っこいものが苦手な方も、パンやオムレツがあるのでお腹は膨れると思います。 夕方、部屋に戻ると部屋の変更もベッドメイクもされていなかったため、フロントに話しに行くと「6階も9階も部屋は同じタイプなので変更しても意味がない」と受け付けてくれませんでした。 朝とは当然人も変わっているので仕方ありませんが、疲れていたこともありベッドメイクを待ったり同じシャワーを浴びる気力もなかったので、すぐに別のホテルを予約してチェックアウトしてしまいました。 チェックアウトの際は、フロントで「どうにか良い部屋にしましょう」と努力してくださりましたが、 既にキャンセル不可の当日予約を取ってしまっていたため、ありがたかったですがお断りしました。 私のコミュニケーション不足と適応能力であまり好きなホテルではありませんが、とても良いホテルだと思います。

エリアの問題だが、朝5時位から人通り、クラクションが凄い。夜も結構遅くまでうるさいので深く眠れないと睡眠が浅くなる。部屋の中は非常に綺麗です。ケトルがあれば、なお良かった。

Good hotel but far away from the airport
Good location, located at the center of local market. Will give 5star for their service. Wifi strength was poor. Had both English and local options for breakfast. Hotel is ~15km away from airport, takes more than 1.5hrs to reach. traffic jam/delay in Dhaka is very common. Prepaid taxi from airport to hotel costs 900-1500Tk depending upon your negotiation skills.

Perfect Stay!
Wonderful, comfortable hotel with so many surprising, welcome "extras" (like toothbrushes, combs, built-in converters/adapters, and even a prayer mat provided in the room). The reception staff were always kind and helpful, including when I had to extend the room by half a day; the restaurant upstairs had a great breakfast spread and perfect, fresh mango juice; and the hotel is right near a market, lots of shops, and some great restaurants. It's a fairly short distance to museums and other highlights in Dhaka, too. My stay was too short! I hope to return, and I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Location of the property is convenient to travel to all locations in Dhaka conveniently due to availability of Tuktuk (CNG) and Uber service. Bed sheets and towels are probably washed regularly, but time has come to replace them with new ones.

The room itself was good but the bathroom needed to be updated a bit. On arrival, the room was hot so I turned on the air but wasnʻt getting much cool air. Checked the filters and it was thick with crud. Called front desk they sent someone to wash the filters but they never returned with the filters the 8 days I was there. Shower curtain did not contain the water in the shower proper and it got everywhere. No bath mat to step out onto and slipped and almost fell. Toilet bowl looked clean on the inside but around the seat was yuk which I personally cleaned. Cups in the room were not washed with soap. Just rinsed and wondered it were cups used by every guest before me without being washed. Breakfast in the Skylight BBQ Cafe was really bad. The room was hot. Choice of food was sad. Had to run the bread through the toaster 3 times to get it toasted. Butter bowl was empty and had to ask the server refill. He was just standing around but doesnʻt check the buffet line. He refilled with frozen butter dropped a piece of butter on the table, which didnʻt look very clean and tossed it back into the butter bowl. Server dusted the crumbs and droppings from guests onto the floor after guests left their tables. Room was not air conditioned, the windows and floors were very dirty. Serving staff needs training on etiquette and cleanliness and a little lesson in person skills 101 would not hurt. Front desk staff was very amiable and helpful.

Hotel is well maintained. Staff is very polite. Cleaning of area under the beds is very much needed as this may be overlooked by the hotel as well as the guest. Overall a good hotel to stay in this area.

Hidden Gem!!
My stay with this hotel was very pleasing. The overall condition and the services available was really good. The staffs are well trained and the rooftop restaurant is a nice addition which really provides a dynamic view of the Dhaka city. Th room was pretty clean and my bed was very comfy also. But I do think bathroom requires a little bit more attention just with respect to cleanliness as this is the place which demands flawless cleaning. Hope to visit this hotel again in the near future.

Extremely disappointing
I stayed only for two nights and even if I selected the non-smoking room option, I was given FOUR smelly smoking rooms until they finally accepted to upgrade me to a non-smoking FIFTH ROOM – and they made me pay the difference. I'm allergic to mold and fungus, and I said it from the beginning, so this hotel was not a healthy option for me. I got sick after the first night. The staff is kind but absolutely unable to provide solutions and not flexible in terms of service. The breakfast is just ok – no effort to make it any special. I wouldn't go back, especially because I got sick.

Decent budget hotel
This hotel is great value for money, helpful staff, the manager is great, helped me with a domestic trip, stored my luggage, the area is farm gate, I liked the madness outside, lots of delicious food on the door step, there are also two restaurants within the hotel, loved the one on the roof top, I would stay here again, allow for about an hour and half from the airport during the day... I used Uber bike which is about 130 TK, Uber car about 500 TK, airport taxi 1300 TK, hotel shuttle wanted 2000TK!!!

Great location
Very close to a bus stop to the international airport. (The bus is red second-floors) There are night market and a lot of stores in front of this hotel. Many people walk near the hotel but security guard is always at the entrance. Some staff speak English very well. All staff are kind.

Good value for money
I stayed at this hotel on two occasions. The room was a reasonable size, but although on the 5th floor was affected by street level noise. The room facilities were fine and a number of satellite television channels were available. The choice at breakfast is fairly limited - fried eggs, bread, dhal, noodles and bananas. The front desk staff are mostly great, they were extremely helpful in sourcing CNGs (auto-rickshaws), helped resolve some issues at my next hotel and permitted me to check in early for both my stays. There was one exception, the front office manager who aggressively asserted the only way to get from the hotel to the airport in the early hours is via the hotel car which costs BDT2000. This is nonsense and the hotel car is extremely overpriced - an official airport taxi to hotel was BDT1200, a hailed taxi from the street around BDT800 and Uber BDT500 (prices in Feb-18). In the end managed to get an Uber taxi at 3am. The exchange with the front office manager was the only negative during my stay.

The location is great, in the middle of Dhaka, right next to the parliament. The rooms are clean, tidy and newly furnished. The rooftop restaurant offers a host of great food items.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage. Neid er Buchung sollte berücksichtigt werden, dass die Deluxe Zimmer einen Balkon zur Straße haben. Wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte die normalen Zimmer buchen - die auch sehr gut sind.

Check-in was flawless, clean rooms, comfortable beds, cannot comment on breakfast as we had to reach airport early. Wifi strength was good. Recommended. The price of the food in the restaurant was very high compared to what you get in the restaurants outside.

Nice and clean, staff were polite and helpful. Shower temperature was unstable but bed was spacious. Walkable to a nice suparmarket named Agora.

Everythings is perfectly here... a good location in town, friendly staff services and room also very clean. Ps. Roof top restaurant here is also perfect!! With a great view and tasty food...

Tragic. Had to pay to you and then make payment at the hotel too for my booking. Hope you have processed my reimbursement for double payment based on my telephonic complaint.
