Rip off merchants
Refused to bill in USD as per the booking, used an inflated rate to convert to local currency costing me 140 pounds more against the original booking. Clearly ripping people off intentionally. For context. They used 125 to the usd verses the interbank and change rate of 109 on the day. Rip off merchants

Prix réservé non garanti !
Hotel d'affaires très confortable situé à côté de l'aéroport, du "bon côté" pour le trajet hotel aéroport en 5mn mais 30mn en sens inverse! Mais attention aux prix : grosse arnaque organisée par Hilton. Vous réservez une chambre à un tarif en US dollars que vous pensez fixe comme.dans tous les hotels du monde. Mais au moment de payer, lors du check out, la direction vous explique qu'il est interdit de payer en dollars et qu'il faut payer en devise locales. OK mais larnaque vient du fait que la conversion entre le prix réservé en dollars et le prix exigé en Taka est faite par l'hôtel avec un taux de change fixé par l'hôtel au jour le jour, environ 20% plus cher que le raux de change officiel ! Et bien sur ensuite vous repayer les frais bancaires pour un paiement en takas convertis en dollars ou en euros. Résultat : prix payé = prix réservé +20% + taxes locales (30%). Et cerise sur le gateau, hotels.com pour les rewards ne prend pas en compte le prix payé mais le prix affiché. Inacceptable pour un 5 étoiles !

Not a pleasant stay
Check in was horrible. There was no line. People came from all over the place and overtaking. One of the manager was giving preference to his known people. The breakfast selection was good. Room service was slow. Overall, I will not stay there again.

Stayed there over Christmas and new year with 4 kids - very comfortable as its close to the airport. However, their airport pick/drop off service is poor. I specially asked for the shuttle service as we had 12 pieces of luggage, instead they sent me a HiAce, same happened again on drop off. There is a communication issue between staff desk and their concierge desk - requests/instructions are not tracked/followed through and you end up having to explain the same thing to 5/6 people before its resolved.

Excellent staff: starting from front desk to housecleaning, flawless service. I stayed in Dhaka Radison blu & Westin before, Le Meridien service is 100 times better. Tanzila Akhter and MATT @ the bufft restaurant provided the final touch on exceeding service. They greeted us every time we were there for breakfast or dinner. Tanzila Akhter actually remembered our beverage choice( Perrier water and Black coffee) and brought it to us before we could even ask her, Amazing hospitality. I would definitely stay there for all future business trips to Dhaka and I plan to be back in 12 weeks time. I never expected such hotel service in a city where customer service is not at par with USA. Very impressed.

I actually liked the location and thotel car pick up services. The driver was nice and patient even my flight arrival in the early morning. Staffs were warm, helpful and quick check-in proces, made me more comfortable and welcomed.

靠近機場的酒店
酒店位置不錯,因為很靠近機場,只需要5分鐘的車程便可到達,適合一些商務旅客,不用浪費時間在塞車的路上,因為達卡塞車情況十分嚴重,酒店也是同區內比較新的酒店,保安很嚴密,安全度甚高,酒店員工也很熱情,並很有禮貌,令客人有賓至如歸的感覺。

Each time to check-in,I have to wait more than 30-mins to check in even though it was pre-paid reservation. at first June 18-21, 2nd June 30th, & lastly at July 10-13th. The staffs are very professional & excellent. Please reduce waiting time .

Les plus : salle de sport 24/24, très bien équipée. Piscine sur la terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Très proche de l’aeroport. Petit déjeuner et restaurants de bonne qualité. Personnel aimable Les moins: Personnel peu efficace malgré leur bonne volonté. Espace autour de la piscine pourrait être mieux utilisé. Prix de la nourriture et boissons assez élevés.
