The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am.
He then put us on a smoking floor when we did not book that. We told him that was an issue as non-smokers. All he did was change the blankets. And to add to that, one of the rooms on the smoking floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as there were hard water stains.
The following morning we were then changed to a non smoking floor, as I had gotten the manager involved. However, the manager was not receptive to the issues we had faced the night prior and didn’t really care for it. No additional services were offered, it was just very inconvenient. Many other issues came up during the stay and the service was not great.
Would not recommend, nor would stay here again - as there are many other hotel options in Dhaka.
