'This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy.

'Where to begin... Upon arrival at the reception, no one to say hello; 5 staff at the desk too busy to look up for a few minutes. At which point I walked off to lunch. Upon return complained to the manager who merely gave me a stare.
The hotel caters to groups (Russian, Scandinavian) and apparently the service level has been adjusted accordingly. Any form of friendliness at this place was absent and I am still incredulous at the treatment here. Forget about the stay. When I left and had checked...

'Mooi kleinschalig hotel. Wij hadden een grote familiekamer. Echt een prachtig ruim appartement. Het hotel ligt wel wat afgelegen. Je kan prima naar Kandy met auto of tuk tuk. Personeel wil alles voor je regelen. Het diner vonden wij persoonlijk niet geweldig.
Het ontbijt kan ik niet beoordelen. Wel super schoon, ruim en vriendelijke mensen. '

Var 2 bad og enn litten sittegruppe. Middagen og frokosten ble spist i stedets restaurant ennå noen trapper ned. Så ikke for folk som ikke greier å gå i trapper. '

'Stunning views from this mountainside property but is a long and winding drive to get there although this only takes around 15 mins from Kandy town. The rooms are in small blocks of 4 and set apart. Lovely buffet restaurant.'

'Outstanding views and top notch service. We used it as a rest stop and didn’t do any of the offered excursions but it was a great place to hang out and the food was excellent. It’s high on the hill (hence the views) so might be a bit of a challenge for some vehicles to get to'
