'We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! '

'I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel'

'We stayed here for about 3 days here before and after trekking at Annapurna. The staff is amazing. Firstly, the manager, Ramesh, he helped us to make a trek plan. He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. 'It was a very nice experience to stay at Hotel Seven Star. The Room, Environment, Service were excellent. The Restaurant was too good, Breakfast and Nepalese Thali was exceptional. Most importantly Hotel staffs, Tour guides were excellent.
