Housekeeping was thorough, and even included a bundle of worn towels to use for car cleaning, etc. With so many good tea and coffee places and bakeries (Model Bakery!), we did not miss having a hotel buffet breakfast that is often subpar. We have a new favorite when visiting our family in the Walnut Creek area.'

'Let me just start with the room, it was spacious it was modern it was quit, and clean! and beds were very comfortable, now the staff, staff is amazing quickly proceed our incoming and outgoing stay, The parking lot is safely lit and fenced in on the property. The check out time is a winner 11:00 am !! And the breakfast is amazing!!!'

'The checking experience was smooth and we were happy with the room. However the service is really bad in regards to cleaning the room. Apparently rooms are not cleaned if guests leave the room after 12 pm. I haven’t read anything about it before, also I wasn’t warned about this rule. I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day. The next day just to be sure, I went down to the front desk and I requested to replenish...

'All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again.'
