'Check inn and the front desk checked me inn under another date so my key cards did not work. Got that fixed and then I see you need to use your room key to go to the second floor? Hard to use elevator key card problems. Is there that much crime in the area where you need to secure the second floor? The basement garage is pretty scary to boot. Get to my room and there is a problem with the door key , had front desk come up and let me in my room. Turned on TV, realize there is no guide to use...

'Op zich niks mis mee: een overnachting op doortocht dus alles wat je nodig hebt is een rustige plek om te slapen en die was er. Het was wel de meest chagrijnige ontvangst ooit. Een groet kon er niet vanaf, we kregen meteen een suf liability formulier onder onze neus gedrukt, en de receptioniste was naar huis voor we goed en wel onze koffers naar binnen hadden gebracht. Ze had kennelijk op ons moeten wachten.'

'Please avoid this hotel. I stayed for two nights and paid for a room that supposedly included breakfast, but the “breakfast” was only coffee and tea. There were no basic amenities in the room, not even shampoo for the shower. When I arrived, the lady at the reception desk was busy doing laundry and had no time to handle the check-in. The service and organization were very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.'

I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day. The next day just to be sure, I went down to the front desk and I requested to replenish...

'Adequate is an exaggeration. They charged over $100 for "holding the room" on the day after i checked in. In other words they stole it. No "maid" service unless i specificall ask for it in advance. I got no prior notice that this is a construction site. Big mistake.'
