'We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. 'The beach was further away than what was described and the “road” was not an actual road. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road. Towels were never changed, sheets never changed, never sweeper or mopped the room and we stayed for a decent time. Depending on the room the appliances did not work which we didn’t find out until everything went...

'Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ligt 4 minuten lopen van het centrum maar wel heel rustig. De service van het personeel en de eigenaars is zéér goed. We hadden een late vlucht naar huis.Het uitchecken is om 12.00 uur. Geen probleem,de koffers werden opgeslagen. We mochten nog de hele dag gebruik maken van het zwembad. Konden douchen (schone handdoeken, shampoo enz) We gingen s’avonds relaxt naar de luchthaven.'

'DO NOT BOOK this property . When I arrived for a x2 night booking ,the WiFi was not working this also meant the TV streaming service was not available. I made contact via WhatsApp and also went to the Sister Hotel ( The Water ) to try and sort out. There was a total lack of engagement from the host. They told me it was fixed the following day but it was not. I verified the fault by taking the receptionist to the property . She agreed there was still no WiFi. I asked for some compensation for...

'It’s an excellent spot only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. It is a steep walk to the hotel but that does then provide a beautiful view! The staff were faultless and the rooms were in tip top condition. The only benefit which we didn’t realise was they provide towels at the pool, plus will lend you them from reception if needed for the beach. I wish I’d known this before as we could have saved bringing any with us. Definitely recommend.'
