Nice and comfortable
The property was near to a family member's home, so we enjoyed the convenience, and the convenience within Diamondhead. The property overall was quiet given the number of units. There were many amenities, but you'll need to bring soap and shampoo, and paper towels for the kitchen, so that you'll have them as soon as you arrive. Because many people arrive to the area by plane, they might not have these items, so one-day's worth of those items (small bottles, a small roll of paper towels) helps get you started until you can shop for supplies. The unit has Direct TV, which has many channel options, although we found the TV difficult to find local channels (for news, weather reports, etc.) simply because Direct TV is overwhelming, so we would have liked to have had TV operation instructions in the Welcome folder. The Welcome folder gives instructions for checkout, which are very easy. We really enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Visit for a wedding
Came to town for a family wedding. Great location since the wedding was in Diamondhead. Condo has everything you need. Country Club has good food and the Red Zone is a fun place for a meal or just appetizers. Mississippi Gulf Coast is a wonderful place to visit!

I liked the indoor living room furniture which was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor deck which was lovely. The location was great for us and it was stocked with most everything we needed.

Great value!
The condo was great and a great value! I usually use VRBO a couple of times a year and have been doing so for over 10 years. I look for certain things that will give a property a 5 star rating: enough hot water, good water pressure, comfortable beds, cleanliness, adequate bathroom counter space, enough seating in dining and living areas, quiet safe neighborhood and adequate appliances. The condo had everything that was important to me. I would consider staying here again.

Cruisin the Coast Getaway
We enjoyed out stay at John's property. Because of our schedules we weren't able to take advantage of golfing or the pool, both of which were really close by. The only negative we have, which is wholly our opinion, is that the living room area of the home just has too much stuff. It could benefit by the removal of extra furniture and fluff which serve no benefit and just clutter the space.

We loved it!
We very much enjoyed our stay here. John was very nice and communicated well with us. The condo was absolutely perfect!! Clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with any and everything you could possibly need or think of. The pool is just a few steps away. Friendly neighbors. Easy parking. Very close to a grocery store. The most peaceful and quiet place we have ever stayed! We will definitely be back and hopefully sooner than later. Even my 12 year old did not want to leave. The neighborhood felt very safe for our teens to jog around the 0.3 mile circle; there was one way in, one way out. The host was quick at responding to our questions. We traveled daily to New Orleans; it was right at an hour to the stadium. The washer/dryer came in handy during our 4-night stay.

We have stayed at this development prior. Perfect location for visiting our family. Kitchen is fully equipped for almost all of your needs. Condo was quiet and had a great balcony to drink coffee or enjoy wine. Neighbors are always friendly.
