Capo d'Alba is the highest house on the hill overlooking Alba, and the name says it all: a newly renovated farmhouse, on the highest point of Diano d'Alba, on the east side of the village, with a breathtaking view of hills and vineyards. From the garden you can also see the bell tower of the village church. The center of Alba is just an 8-minute drive away.
It is the ideal home for families and groups of friends who want to be together: large spaces, three double bedrooms, a sofa bed for an extra guest and a large kitchen where you can cook and eat all together. When the weather permits, life moves outside: long lunches and dinners under the pergola with a view, aperitifs at sunset on the stone terrace, breakfasts on the patio with an umbrella.
The interior combines contemporary design and Piedmontese soul. There is period furniture in solid wood, an ancient sideboard, an old sewing machine that has become a piece of furniture, colorful paintings on the walls and sage green details that recall the external shutters. The result is a new home with character, cared for in every corner.
The living area
The living room is large and bright, with wood-effect floors and warm lighting. There's a large green sofa, two rust-colored armchairs, a wooden coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. In the end, a corner with a vintage table and chairs is perfect for a card game or coffee.
The kitchen and dining room
A spacious, fully equipped kitchen, the extendable table with colorful seats and a second high table for breakfast or an aperitif, with TV and antique sideboard. It's the right space for large dinners in any season.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 21 nights

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
