"Off The Hook" can also be combined with the homes next door to accommodate large events like
family reunions, weddings, & corporate events. We offer combo listings that allows guests to exclusively enjoy the private pier. When booked separately, the pier is shared among two houses. But the pool is exclusively for The Lodge guests.

Other things to note:
There will be an added fee for the heated Spool if you’re visiting in the cooler months or just want the pool a bit warmer. Please ask ahead of time as it takes time to heat up.

Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings.

We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
