Front staff was very friendly. Room was missing the mini fridge, but had a microwave at least. The A/C didn't seem to get the room as cold as we'd like either but it was manageable. For the price it was a place to sleep and it did its job well enough.

Everything was great, the service and the attention, but the only thing is that the floors were so dirty. It was obvious that they didn’t properly cleaned them. My white socks turned brown just for going to the bathroom from the bed one time. I guess the cleaning lady was avoiding it because that dirt was from some time ago. Otherwise, everything was good.

Avoid this place. They will refund your expedia amount and charge more to your CC. You also have to pay more, (20$ an hour) for an early check-in or check-out. There is no place to sit, if you choose not to pay for the early-check in. They will ask you to say outloud your card 4 digit access numbers if paying for anything. This room was disgustingly dirty with 0 amenities. 2 different MEN open our room door with their own key card and without prompt after we payed for early check in. One had to put up a new shower curtain and the other just apologised and closed the door. I was in disbelief and could not leave the proprty due to funds and luggage. I slept in my clothes ontop of the bed with a weapon nearby just incase.

Disgusting and scary!
This was a terrible scary place to stay. We considered changing even before we were checked in. The room was not even secure! We had car alarms going off in the middle of the night. The door looked like it had been broken into multiple times. We left as soon as it was light enough to be safe to get to our car. There were gaps around door for insect or rodents to get in. It was totally gross and unsafe.

Gaps between door and wall let in insects, wind, rain, or anything. Rodents were even able to come in through the gap at bottom of door.

Pleasant Surprise
Very hesitant to book the room since so many others were ridiculously pricey. A little bit hard getting to hotel entrance; no lobby; no breakfast. Fast food restaurants in walking distance. The remote to the TV dint work. Theres no buttons on the TV to change it feom HDMI to normal TV. The phone diesnt work at all. It was all broken up and the cord was cut. So if you had a emergency and your cell was dead, you be out of luck. The saftey latch on the door was missing or broke. However, the bed was comfortable. Clean towels.

Water is stinky, did not change sheets for TEN whole days, freezer didn’t freeze, fridge had mold in it, walked into our room constantly. I was disgusted, I had to go and buy my own can of Lysol and cleaning supplies to TRY and enjoy my stay. Inconvenient housekeeping.

The front desk area is under construction, the property on the outside could use some landscaping to upgrade the curb appeal. Our room was nice and clean we had 3 beds in our room which was awesome for our family. We did utilize the pool which was clean and comfortable to swim in. We will stay here again in the future.

There was no continental breakfast, no shampoo, staff hard to reach, staff was rude, and I had to go get another hotel room. The place is good if you just need somewhere to stay as you are just passing through, the lobby was closed, the attendant was not present and had to be summoned, and the room had damage that requires maintenance. However the bed and shower appeared clean, and the AC worked, so we made the best of it. Also must be mentioned that they offered a honey bun to replace breakfast with the lobby being closed, not sure what to make of that.

Newly renovated. Only issue I had was the mattress being so new it was really stuff and hard to get comfortable on (which isn’t the properties fault)
